Welcome to the Beach! This Ocean block unit is just 50 steps to a private dune crossing to the beach. Complete with covered parking (fits two cars), 20' X 5' deck, and outside shower for sandy feet. Don't need to pack your beach chairs! Storage closet contains a beach cart, umbrella, chairs (4), boogie boards (2) and new beach toys for shore side enjoyment. Immaculate expanded unit sleeps six and offers king size bed with two queen size fold out couches. The unit fits 4 people (two fold outs). Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms and walking distance to the Crabcake Factory, Food Lion, CVS, Starbucks, convenience stores, movies, shopping, restaurants, and Northside Park. This beach block gem is perfect for families, with small children, couples and seniors with a short walk to the beach. Central air, washer/dryer, Kuerig, WiFi, Internet TV, smart home enhancements, and new appliances included for your convenience. Please bring your own linens and towels. The Bed is a King! This is an immaculate beach block gem!

Great Spot in OC

We loved staying here!

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting for a family trip and it was amazing! She let us check in an hour early and when we entered it was incredibly clean and smelled wonderful! I love how close it is to the beach! But if you are coming for July 4th, be aware it can get noisy from teens and such.

Perfect distance from the beach! Cathy was wonderful to communicate with and the check in process was so so easy. Spacious living room was perfect for hanging out and entertaining a toddler.

Wonderful stay just off the beach

This is an amazing property! Cathy and her family have a great spot and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach in a quiet part of OC. Everything was great, from the huge TV, to the beach stuff and more. We loved it!

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider a stay again. It’s at a great quiet location, steps to the sand and also has many amenities. The parking is under the units and a little tight for a large SUV, but maneuverable with finesse lol!

Through the years we have traveled to OC from Western MD for weekend getaways with family and always dreamed of owning a place near the ocean. Eric and I have been married nearly 25 years and have two teenagers, one in college and one ready to go. We're beyond blessed to own this beautiful, clean, and spacious unit just steps to the relaxation and peace the waves always bring to us. My dream has always been to own a small condo near the ocean where we can escape and share this dream with others. We seek to provide you an affordable getaway that's convenient to restaurants, shopping, miniature-golf and memories of a lifetime. We take great pride in our immaculate condo and its numerous amenities and wish you the best of times on Assawoman Dr.!

Why they chose this property

I've enjoyed long weekend beach trips with my sister and daughter over the past several summers and we offer what we always looked for when we were searching: cleanliness, space for 6, and location on a beach block. Dragging a heavy beach cart across Coastal Highway, waiting for the light in the hot sun, and running off the beach when a storm was coming were NOT the highlights of our getaways! This property offers a private walkway to the beach from the covered parking area and is perfect for travelers like us that love a short walk, especially at nighttime, to hear the ocean and view the stars.
