A wonderful place with very nice hosts. Walking out into the garden in the morning to have breakfast was an absolute delight.
Also, Lucy is the goodest girl
I really loved my stay at the Pottery at Reverie Gardins! Kevin and Susan were very friendly and helpful hosts. The property is a piece of paradise and the house was charming and cozy. They shared fresh figs off their fig tree with us! I would definitely stay there again!
This property was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. It was very easy to find and very close to drive into town. It was a pleasure to stroll the garden and was so quiet and serene. We would definitely stay again.
Second time I've stayed here, and it continues to be a pleasure. The house is adorable, the hosts welcoming and helpful, and the gardens and patio are beautiful!
This was my third stay, and it's always a lovely experience. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts are wonderful. Always a privilege to spend time here!
Had a very relaxing stay. terrific accommodation, beautiful
grounds and a friendly owner who gave explanation about the many unusual plants and trees on the property.
Also, the very convenient to attractions like Dungeness Spit, Crescent Lake and Hurricane Ridge. Will stay there on any future trips to Sequim.
Lovely property with beautiful gardens that are perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Sue and Kevin are wonderful hosts with great recommendations of where to go and what to do.
Our stay was very nice and relaxing. Beautiful views, gardens and patio. Comfortable furniture and bed. Very soothing environment. Friendly and helpful hosts.
We stayed here for 2 nights and it was just perfect. I cannot put it in words as to how beautiful this place was. The ponds, flowers. The place was well stocked and the host made sure we are comfortable.
We stayed for five days at Reverie Gardens. The home, the hospitality and the gardens were beyond wonderful. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you Kevin and Susan for the amazing stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative is that we did not have enough time to enjoy tranquility as we were gone from sun up to sun down. Don't miss an opportunity to stay here.
Quiet haven in Sequim- a beautiful garden property lovingly tended by wonderful hosts. They genuinely welcomed us to enjoy the grounds, gardens and local trails. If you are a garden or plant enthusiast, you will also learn a lot from your time here. Blooms, berries and bikes---they have it all! This place is more than lodging. It's an opportunity to experience the local community thanks to Susan and Kevin. They truly embody generosity of spirit.
Lovely, tranquil, beautiful setting. Kevin & Susan are delightful hosts. The Pottery house was perfectly set up for our last minute weekend anniversay holiday. We enjoyed cooking, walking the grounds, playing with the dogs, taking multitudes of photos including the deer and chickens of which the later provided a wonderful morning wakeup call! We look forward to staying again.
Staying at this cottage surrounded by dreamy flower beds and ponds with the welcome of frogs croaking felt like a magical escape. We loved the house and gardens! I would love to stay again to see the flowers and trees in different seasons. The owners were communicative and kind. There were even fresh flowers displayed in the house.

My wife and I spent 5 nights here and found the place to be wonderful. The hosts went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable. The pictures don't do this place justice, it is much better than the photos show. The ground are exquisite with all the many flowers and plants. The Pottery two bedroom house is roomy, comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a place in Sequim, I would suggest you look no further than here. You will not be disappointed.
Everything was staggeringly beautiful! Loved the charm of the place, comfy beds, good location. The only thing i would change in listing is warn about wifi challenge in case they are on a work trip, and to bring fav dvds. Also, creamer for coffee? We were beyond satisfied, just thinking for others. Also, left my icecream. Hopefully someone made good use of it :)
We went on a journey through BC and Washington to many places with another couple. I think I liked this place the best for the peace and beauty of the property. The unit was large and complete. I do have one complaint. The second bedroom has a full-size futon bed, which is livable for a couple, though small. The problem with futons is the mattresses are rock hard. A Costco memory topper would be a simple and effective solution. Otherwise, the hosts are a great couple and this was my favorite place of all the places we stayed!

Got the topper as per your suggestion! Thanks,
Kevin and Susan
The house was large, well-equipped and clean. Kevin came over to greet us after we arrived. This is only five minutes from the town of Sequim, but back in the woods, somewhat secluded, quiet and amazingly well-kept grounds. We did not need to do any cooking, but if we had, the kitchen seemed set up well for the task. BE WARNED - no internet or cell service. I missed this, but it's right in the listing, prominently mentioned. But for the few days we were there, it was actually a relief to disconnect. If you can break away from your digital addiction, this is a fantastic find.

We are glad to now offer internet through Starlink!
Beautiful property with gorgeous gardens and orchards, close access to river and forest etc...Susan and Kevin were fabulous hosts. I'm hoping to go back for longer next time.
The Pottery was a great place to stay. It was clean, decorated beautifully, and in a quiet and safe location in Sequim. The grounds are simply gorgeous. The kitchen was great to prepare meals in as well. Kevin and Susan were delightful to meet and talk to ... Great hosts! The location is convenient to Port Angeles, where we took in a whale watching trip, as well as a day trip to Olympia National Park's Hurricane Ridge and Sol Duc Hot Springs. We were very happy with the entire stay!

About the host
Hosted by Kevin and Susan Magner
Meet Kevin and Susan Magner. Susan, originally from West Seattle, has lived on this piece of heaven since 1968. Kevin, from Sacramento, came to Sequim in 1968. This year, 2024, they celebrated 50 years of marriage. With a passion for gardening and creating beautiful spaces, Susan and her husband Kevin have transformed what was once a horse and goat pasture into a beautiful serene setting with two houses and several interesting additional structures. Kevin and Susan are both retired from teaching. Kevin continues playing music part time at local venues. When she is not busy with volunteer work, Susan can always be found with her cats in her flowers in the garden.
Why they chose this property
Invited by her father who had just purchased two pieces of property outside sunny Sequim, Susan moved into a small rustic cabin on the property in 1968 to get out of the city, get back to the land, and "set her soul free." Except for a year and a half on the island of Maui, she has been here ever since, transforming the property inspired by her love of flowers and plants. As it states in the property description, The Pottery was originally just that: a pottery shop with small living quarters. It has since been transformed into a beautiful and artistic "stove wood" house.
What makes this property unique
This place is heavenly! You will see that the minute you step out of your vehicle and gaze at the variety of trees, shrubs, and flowering plants, as well as the interesting and unique structures. It will invoke in you a deep breath and sense of relaxation.
