This Deluxe Direct Ocean Front Corner Condo at Sandcastles which has a view of the Ocean from the Private Balcony and the Master Bedroom!!! This spacious condominium has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full kitchen with all the amenities. This is a very family friendly environment and all children are welcome!

The master bedroom has a KING Size Bed and the other bedroom has a QUEEN size bed and a Full size (Double) bed. The Master Bathroom is large and it has a spacious shower with dual his and her sinks!!! There is cable TV in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. We recently replaced all the sofas and chair in the living room with NEW custom built furniture including a deluxe lazy boy chair. We are constantly replacing the furniture so it is difficult to keep the photos updated. We like to put a picture on our listing of the living room with the ocean in the background so everyone can tell this is a direct oceanfront condo. It is diffcult to take this type of picture because of the difference in lighting so the furniture in some of the photos won't match because they are older photos. Therefore, going forward I am going to put a date on the photos so you can tell which ones are the most current.

Facilities available in the condominium complex include outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tube, and tennis court. There is lots of close-in private parking. There is a private walkway to the beach through the breezeway between the building! Very Clean And Neat!!!

Local attractions include the Cape Canaveral (Kennedy) Space Center, Sterling Casino Cruise Lines, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Ocean Fishing, and Golfing. Watch the Space Shuttle launch from the beach. Less than an hour north is the Daytona Speedway or continue up the coast to tour Beautiful Saint Augustine. The condominium is only minutes away from the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Boardwalk. Check out the Night Life at 'Coconuts on the Beach', 'Cocoa Beach Pier', 'The Sandbar', or 'The China Beach Lounge'.

Sandcastles is located in Cocoa Beach about an hour away from Orlando, Disney World & the Airport. That's right, a little over an hour away from Orlando's major attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Sea World, MGM Studios, and Animal Kingdom. You Will Be In A Perfect Location To Make The Most of Your Vacation Days!!!

Most of the time we rent by the WEEK from Saturday to Saturday and if you book a whole 7 days, most of the time, you will get at least a 10% discount off for the week (VRBO automatically calculates this into the rate quoted). Sometimes during the slow season we don't hold to a weekly schedule, allowing shorter rental stays. VRBO/HomeAway rate system makes it difficult for us to incorporate this flexibility into our rate schedule. Therefore, If you would like to come or leave on a different day (other than Saturday) or you'd like to stay less than 7 days, please try to book through VRBO first and if that doesn't work, contact the owner for booking. Also, we have some flexiblity around the holidays, depending on what day of the week the holiday falls.
