Cabin Fever, a Pigeon Forge log cabin with modern conveniences inside, features four bedrooms including a luxurious master suite a bunk room, a game room, two living areas, and ample accommodation for up to 10 guests, making it the perfect spot for an unforgettable mountain getaway.
Living Room
The first thing you’ll notice is the floor-to-ceiling fireplace built of stacked river stone. The eye-catching fireplace is the beautiful centerpiece of the living room’s rustic elegance. Wood paneling in deep honey tones stretches up to the ceiling, where glossy wood and exposed beams reflect the light coming in through the huge windows. A soft leather sofa and loveseat face the fireplace and the flat-screen TV.
Look around for the friendly black bears perched on the mantelpiece, climbing the lamp, welcoming you from the stairs! These beloved symbols of the Smokies are sure to make you smile.
Kitchen
Save money and time on vacation by taking advantage of this fully equipped kitchen. Cookware, serving pieces, utensils, and gadgets are all within easy reach. The kitchen’s ample counter space includes a bar where you can prepare food, serve buffet-style meals or simply sit and check email while you have breakfast. Experiment with locally made hot sauces, marinades, and fresh veggies from Pigeon Forge’s specialty food stores, for a truly Tennessee experience.
Dining Area
In this open-plan main level, the dining area sits between the living room and kitchen. Food arrives at the dining table hot and fresh, and you can chat with the chef while you wait! The long wooden table seats up to eight people, and two seats at the kitchen bar counter add extra spots for dinner.
Bedrooms
Everyone gets a good night’s sleep at Cabin Fever, thanks to three king bedrooms, a bunk room, and a queen sleeper sofa. Beautiful bedding gives each room personality and charm, from warm, rich country plaids to adorable bear-themed quilts!
The second level’s master suite lulls you into sweet relaxation. Stretch out on the king bed and plan which to try first: A long soak in the in-room, jetted tub? A cozy hour in the inviting, plush chair by the bedroom’s private fireplace? A movie on the flat-screen TV, while you and your honey cuddle on the quilt? You’re on vacation–there’s time for everything! The bedroom boasts gorgeous knotty wood paneling and nature-themed decor reflecting the Smokies’ wild beauty.
The master bedroom’s ensuite bathroom features a double vanity with two sinks and two mirrors. No need to rush to get ready for a day shopping or playing in Pigeon Forge!
A second king bedroom, with an attached full bath, is on the main level. Conveniently located just steps from the living room and kitchen, this bedroom is ideal for guests who don’t want to navigate stairs. Two queen bedrooms on the lower level share a full bath.
Over the airy living room floats a loft, beneath the angle of the pitched ceiling. Welcome to the freshly renovated bunk room. These aren’t your typical kids’ bunks–these are two queen-bed mattresses! Do a little nesting: Slide the pretty barn door closed and enjoy its artistic decoration of inlaid wood. Settle at the bedroom table to read, email friends, or plan tomorrow’s adventures. Gaze out at the greenery through the unusual triangular window.
Bonus Living Area and Game Room
On the lower level, a second living area offers a full-sized, leather sofa just right for watching the flat-screen TV or cheering on your friends as they play on the pool table nearby. This second living area has plenty of windows to keep it bright. The covered deck is right outside. This level is perfect for guests who want extra privacy!
Outdoor Spaces
Two levels of covered decks provide plenty of shaded space to sprawl. Grab a rocking chair or try the charming two-person rocking bench. Your soothing hot tub is on the deck, screened from the world behind a privacy screen, yet open to the fresh air and views.
Other Amenities
Pack your bathing suits and sunscreen. Your stay at Cabin Fever includes access to the nearby community swimming pool.
