Great place for a Disney vacation

The house is awesome… there are a lot of rules but we had a fantastic time.

Bobbi, the rules of the house and the resort are in place to protect guests. You chose to ignore our 'no pets' policy and as such we could not permit your pet to stay at the vacation home. We graciously provided 24 hours to find a pet hotel to accommodate your pet for the duration of your stay. Our listing on VRBO states that our home has a no pet policy. In future please ensure you check prior to booking if you intend to take a pet with you on vacation.

Perfect family time

What a place!! Room layouts were perfect for our families. The pool was used everyday as we had perfect weather. Grilled out and the outdoor eating area was great for all of us. Short walk to the community pool for more fun. Short drive to theme parks. Didn't want to leave but we'll be back.

Lovely home for any age

Perfect house for our family. Great location and we felt very safe at the resort. The house was so wonderful our grandchildren had a hard time leaving to go to the parks. They wanted to stay there and swim and play in the house. Definitely would stay at this house again and at Windsor Hills. The property manager’s were also great when we had any questions. Thank you

Disney Vacation 23

I would recommend staying here again. This property was located close to all the parks. It is also located within 10 minutes from the world largest food trucks. Highly recommend eating here. Our family enjoyed the themed bedrooms. The boys loved the games room. The only issue we had was the gated community guards had to reset our passes 3 times at the gate.

Wonderful Home

Our stay was great. Home was wonderful. Owner was very responsive and even when one of my guest spilled something in one of the bedrooms and it ruined the carpet the homeowner was very pleasant and patient. The repair was taken care of with little assistance need from me. If we were to take another trip to Orlando I would definitely consider staying here again. The kids loved the themed rooms.

Perfect for us.

The property was just what we needed. The bedrooms were better than the pictures. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive. All issues that came up during our stay were minor and addressed quickly. The folks that came to correct the issues were knowledgeable, polite, and quick! The home is an easy drive to the Disney parks. Would definitely stay in this property again.

5 Star property 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This property was excellent and I can not fault it at all. It was better than we could have imagined. We were a group of 4 adults and my 6 year old daughter. There was nothing more that we could have wanted in the property. I would 100% recommend this home and would definitely stay there again. Great stay, Amazing resort and location

The house worked well for our family. The kids loved the arcade game in the garage as well as the themed bedrooms. You do need to pay an additional fee to heat the private house pool. The house was clean and functional, however there were many items in the kitchen that didn't seem fully washed from the previous renters. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans/plates/etc., except was lacking with measuring cups/spoons. The location of the resort is only 15 minutes from Disney and 45 from Legoland. We didn't have any issues with traffic at the times we were travelling. The resort pool is amazing.

Great Rooms for Kids

If you are renting this property for the kids rooms you will not be disappointed as the were the star of the house. Very well made bed, great decorating and even costumes. Lots of room and the kids will love the pool area. The beds in the master is not great. Very creaky with bad support. Additionally the master shower floor made noise every time you moved. The furniture was really nice, but it seemed out of place in a house marketed for families- furniture made of glass with sharp corners seems like and odd choice when kids are near. I also found it ridiculous to charge an extra $15 to heat the hot tub/jacuzzi … very disappointing to find cold water after a long day of travel when you are hoping to unwind. All in all, a very nice property the kids will love, but with some tweaks it could be perfect.

Ken, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the compliments about our themed children’s bedrooms as we have worked very hard to provide families with a wonderful vacation experience. We are sorry that you found an issue with the master bed. The configuration of the master bedroom is such that it has a large king size chrome four poster bed, which when used or moved may creak, in that respect we have arranged for our management company to check the bed and its hardware. The master bathroom suite has a resin shower floor tray and so when used under specific conditions may creak. Pool and spa heating is optional because not all guests wish to add it for their stay. As you chose to take up the pool and spa heat option the day after your arrival, the pool and spa was not heated prior to your arrival. In order to make up for the fact that you did not realize that pool and spa heat was an option, we activated the pool and spa heat the day after your arrival at a 50% discount ($15 per day) as a gesture of good will.

The house was spacious and the themed bedrooms were a huge hit with the kids. It was nice having a pool in the backyard out of convenience. We enjoyed going to the club house pool and splash pad. The neighborhood was clean and close to Disney parks and Walmart. We couldn’t find the waffle maker but made some diy Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes instead. The water pressure in the showers were very low. The beds were comfortable. We use our own pillows and blankets when traveling though. It would’ve been nice to know when people were going to show up at the house. Randomly one day a pool guy showed up in the backyard and started working without warning. A different day while getting the little ones ready for a nap a mans voice traveled throughout the house. Sent my husband downstairs to check it out. He said he was with pest control. Very unsettling when it happened, no one knocked, rang a doorbell, or notified us ahead of time to let us know someone would be coming to spray for pest. Huge safety issue for not only us but for them as well, we thought they were an intruder with entering unannounced. Overall enjoyed the stay and got to do a variety of things. Cocoa beach was about 1.5hrs away.

Great to keep the whole family occupied!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly laid out for everyone to have their privacy yet still be all together. Definitely needs some updating but the cleanliness was superb! Only suggestion is the lack of necessities. It’s counterproductive to want people to “keep up the house as their own” when there isn’t even a kitchen sink sponge. For the amount of money per night, I would expect the basic needs to keep a household. Sponge, more than a single 65 paper towel roll, etc … tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner? Even the cheapest of hotels supply that. We ended up getting all of it from the store… c’est la vie. Otherwise, it was a great time!!

Great place for Disney vacation

This was a great house for a Disney vacation. We booked this house because of location and theme rooms. Was pleasantly surprised all the additional items in rooms we’re actually there (dress up clothes and theme animals). Pool was a great bonus. Close to parks and lots of restaurants that have family meals for convenient post park meals. Highly recommend!

Everything I hoped for!!

This house is absolutely amazing for someone traveling with children. Our kids loved the themed rooms and the pool was fantastic. All of the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The game room was a huge hit with everyone!! The house is within 15 minutes of the Disney Parks and 25 minutes of Universal Studios and Sea World. There is also a Walmart just minutes away for anything you could need. I had a question for the owners and they responded quickly. If I ever make it back to the Orlando area I would book this house again for sure!!
