This tastefully decorated 3,000 sq. ft. 6 bedroom 4 bathroom pool home is outfitted with three themed bedrooms of Toy Story (queen bed), Star Wars (2 twin beds), and Frozen (2 twin beds). Also, there are two king bed suites on the upper level and a queen bedroom on the main living level. Each bedroom is equipped with its own television. The home also includes WiFi fiber optic internet with speeds of 500mbps up and down. This open concept floorplan features a living and dining room immediately as you walk in the front door The dining table seats 6 people. You are then connected to a separate open concept kitchen and family room area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that accommodates 4 people, along with a separate round bar table in the breakfast nook that also accommodates 4 people. On the main living level there is also a separate game room with its own air conditioning system. The game room features a pool table, a ping pong table top that lays on the pool table, and indoor two-person basketball game, a foosball table, a dart board, a cocktail multi-arcade table with classic games such as Ms. Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Frogger, Pac Man, etc.

Also included for your convenience is a high chair in the game room and a pack-and-play in the master bedroom closet, as well as a removable gate underneath the stairwell, for young guests.

Outside in the rear of the property you will find a lanai-covered patio with a custom Mickey Mouse heated/chilled pool (yes, Mickey Mouse is on the bottom of the pool). **Pool temperature regulation is included in your stay as a complimentary amenity** The pool features multi-colored LED lighting for a pretty cool night-time swimming experience. There are two sets of table and chairs on the covered patio, along with a couple of chaise lounge chairs. The view on the back patio/pool area is amazing, looking out over Reedy Lake.

Across the lake you will see the water park and community pool. Your stay includes complimentary access to the pool and water park. You will also find an arcade room, theater room and gym area, as well as a snack/sundry shop over at the community center.

In the rear of the property, off Comrow St., you will find a dog park, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, along with a picnic area with pavilions and charcoal grilling areas.
