Work specifically for unit #101 (Building #10) is scheduled for Apr 30th thru May 31st, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with setup between 7:30 am and 8:00 am daily. Please note: Parking spaces will be utilized for the roofing crew's equipment and materials for the entire time the roof is under construction. While one pool may briefly close, at least one pool will remain open. Parking arrangements may change with advanced notice. Expect minimal disruptions during pool access, though there may be some adjustments. There might be disruptions, especially during the initial removal of the existing roof shakes. Condos may require access for repairs, with advanced notice provided. For safety, please avoid using lanais during construction hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) due to potential falling debris.

Wailea Grand Champions 101 is a two bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps six. The remodeled kitchen features granite counter tops, custom lighting and cabinets, and full-size stainless-steel appliances. The main living area has plenty of seating with a sectional Queen size sleeper sofa, dining table for four and additional counter seating. For entertainment, there is a wall mounted flat screen TV equipped with cable in the living room and WiFi complimentary throughout. Travertine floors, Window A/C, plantation shutters, and ceiling fans in every room keep this villa cool.

The private lanai is spacious with a dining table and chairs for four. This outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dinners.

Sleep comfortably in a King size bed in the master bedroom. Master bedroom also features a flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. Wailea Grand Champions Resort offer 11 acres of beautiful manicured grounds located on the fairways of the Wailea Blue Golf Course. The resort is adjacent and walking distance to the Wailea Tennis Club and the beach. Two swimming pools, two hot tubs and BBQ area are available to all guests. The Shops of Wailea nearby offer a variety of stores and restaurants. You can also jog or walk along the ocean pathway in Wailea that will take you past numerous oceanfront resorts. Please note this resort does not have elevators.
