First Bahamas Visit

This was our first time visiting the Bahamas and hopefully not the last. The townhome was very nice. Having a nice beach within walking distance was awesome. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and House

We stayed for 10 days and loved it. Was able to dock the boat out back with easy access to Port Lucaya, snorkling, fishing, and diving. Looking forward to coming back.

Great location

Great location next to Xanadu Beach with easy access to both the West and East side of the island. Plenty of space for the two of us and would easily accommodate a family. The manager was extremely helpful.

Great spot!!

We came by boat. the dock is 30 feet to the back door. It’s a perfect spot for a fishing trip we brought everything we needed and never left the property besides to go fishing on the boat.

Had originally booked this for with my family, but due to weather we couldn’t cross and host allowed me to reschedule. Ended up coming with friends and was amazing! This is the nicest place I have stayed in Bahamas! House was excellent and super clean, dock was great, even had fenders already attached and right out back. Community pool was nice and right there. Thank you, can’t wait to bring my family here. As a bonus there are lights and what appear to be security camera on your boat.FYI for boaters: At low tide the channel is extremely shallow, I was sounding 1.5’, but 2 hrs after was 5. If you just time it where not at low tide, no issues.

Private and comfortable

My family stayed for a week while on a dive vacation. We hung out at the pool every afternoon and had it to ourselves. The space was very roomy and we ate breakfast and a couple dinners in the deck- very pleasant. Suggestions for improvement- a dishwasher and blender for the kitchen.

Nice spacious spot

The townhouse is big, clean, spacious and nicely furnished. It has direct water access for kayaking or paddle boarding. Kitchen I well equipped, you won’t be missing anything. Also, if you’re still thinking if it’s a right decision to go to this island or not - stop and book the tickets. It’s beautiful, has a lot to offer and… after hurricane Dorian it needs tourists like no other!

Fantastic Freeport

Everything about this experience was fantastic from the day i emailed inquiring about this property until the time we left...the house is beautifully placed on a canal with a pool in between a couple properties...it was very quiet and the locals are very friendly...Roman is the kind of host that i wish everyone could be...I was able to rent a car and getting around was easy once you learned the round abouts...Freeport is definitely a place that I will be returning to...Thank you Roman for everything...God Bless

Property was large and relaxed. Luxury trim throughout. On the water, nice view. Roman was an excellent host: We didn’t need much but the few times I reached out, he was quick to respond. Very helpful! Loved the layout: all bedrooms had privacy. Strong AC!!! I hope to visit Grand Bahama again. If I do, I’ll stay here for sure. Absolutely recommend this property!

Excellent stay, beautiful community townhouse

Beautiful community, safe with gated entrance. Townhouse is Beautiful, super clean, stocked with everything you need. Simple/clear check in instructions. Pool literally next door. Will be staying here again. Excellent communication with the host. Only two things i can say, the wifi upstairs did not work, and the master bed was super soft and comfortable....the other 2 beds in the other 2 bedrooms were kinda hard, my kids complained. Other than that our vacation was perfect. Beautiful view of the canal right in the backyard. Did not get to the beach, weather wasn't warm enough.

1. Communication with owner (excellent)responds quickly 2. Location (excellent) everything accessible in 15 minutes or less 3. Cleanliness (excellent) immaculate 4. Information (excellent) there is a manual to the house when you enter, that gives all the details about the home 5. Pool (excellent) it was clean and we were the only one using it 6. Beach access (excellent) 4 minute walk. 1 minute drive 12. Did I mention the communication with owner, he’s amazing!!

Roman was the best host we have experienced. He was always available abd was very helpful in arranging cleaning, car rental and answering questions. The house was clean and spacious. The beach close and amazing.

Urlaub am Wasser.

Schöne Lage des Hauses an einem Kanal. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu einer wunderschönen Bucht. Unser Agent Roman hat sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert, danke.
