Large Ocean View Penthouse with Private Beach

This Bell Channel Club & Marina large penthouse has panoramic water views of the ocean, canal and marina from every window. This end unit condo has over 2200 square feet of living space, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The second-floor master suite is oversized with a large master bath. The views are spectacular.

The unit is nicely decorated and well-maintained. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Off the living room and canal side bedroom is a large deck with a 270 degree water view. The deck has a dining table to seat 6 comfortably. Perfect for coffee in the mornings and sunset dinners.

The Bell Channel Club and Marina has the following amenities:
• Beautiful and well-maintained private beach with beach chairs and thatched roof umbrellas
• Tennis Court with Basketball Hoop
• Heated pool
• Pool side cabana with bathrooms
• Gated Remote Entry to complex

Though there is on-site management for the complex, this condo has a local property manager in the event of any issues.

About our location: We are located in the Taino Beach area. There is a major grocery store nearby. There is a ferry within walking distance that will take you to Port Lucaya (leaves on the hour, $4 each way) where there are restaurants, shops, and a straw market. You can also walk barefoot down the beach to the Taino Beach Resort where there is a restaurant and bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great being within walking distance of pool and private beach. Great communication with owners, but not hassling. High standard of good, clean, and spacious accommodation. Beautiful area and fantastic scenic views from the condo. Top floor with lift/ elevator. It is always better in the Bahamas!

Amazing penthouse!

We were here for two weeks in September. The apartment is actually larger than shown in the advertisement. It is very lovingly and completely furnished and we felt very comfortable. The facility is a bit old, but everything worked very well. The parking lot and the complex are very safe. Contact with the owners was possible quickly at any time. The location is great.

Comfortable, clean, and wonderful landscape

I have been requested a business trip to Bahama suddenly without enough time to search for accommodation. This place was the only condo that I found good reviews. The landlord expedited the processing so that I could stay on the property. It felt like home whenever I was back after work every day. Wide spaces, good cleaning conditions, and great views. Everything was comfortable for me while I stayed in the Bahamas for work. I like to express my gratitude to the landlord for the support.

Spacious penthouse

Very comfortable property with private beach. Andrea the owner was very good with communication as she was not on site. We rented a car for our stay and it was easy for us to get around on the island. We had friends staying with us for one week and they also enjoyed the penthouse and the property. Getting groceries was nearby and convenient. The proximity to the beach was good as there was a breeze blowing through the apartment and we didn’t have to us the AC. Andrea contacted me the day before we leave to give us instructions on what to do before we left. This is a gated complex that is well maintained and closed to restaurants and attractions. Lastly we know this island very well as we used to live here right across the canal from Andrea’s condo. This is the main reason we rented Andrea’s condo as it is located in a very nice location.

Our firm favourite

The condo is amazing, spacious, full of light, great views, with everything that you could need. As we were coming from England, Fred bought an electric kettle on the assumption that we would be tea drinkers (he was right) - and that tells you what you need to know about Fred and Andrea's personal touches and care and interest to make sure that their guests are looked after and having a wonderful time. All useful information was at our finger tips, prepared for the guests. As for the condo and Bell Channel - what a lovely wonderful place. Everything that you need. Parking, tennis / basketball court, a brilliant tennis coach recommended by Fred who would come to the condo and teach our children. A fantastic swimming pool and great private access beach, with sun loungers and amazing views. you can wonder down the beach to a restaurant next door or within a 15m walk / 4 minute drive, you are at Taino beach with places to eat and more beaches to enjoy. I was able to work online and have conference calls without any trouble, which is why we were able to take such an extended break. Grand Bahama itself has wonderful things on offer - something for everyone. Beach and sea lovers paradise. We stayed for 2.5 months and really were reluctant to leave and face real life back in Europe. A big thank you to Fred and Andrea.

Take me back!

This condo is absolutely stunning, and truly exceeded ALL expectations! The pictures nor the description do the condo any justice. It's simply everything! From the moment we opened to door I was in awe of the gorgeous panoramic ocean and canal views. The kitchen has an open design and is fully stocked and equipped for cooking, the dinning space is plenty roomy enough to enjoy a family dinner. The upstairs master suite is simply magnificent. No other word could describe the sprawling king bed, mirrored double walk in closets, jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, beauty vanity, and the ocean views. Some days we just didn't leave the condo. The patio overlooking in the canal was the icing on the cake. We had so many amazing meals overlooking the water. We also made a personalized charcuterie board and enjoyed it with wine at sunset. I promise, it was just as picturesque as it sounds. Fred, Andrea, and their property manager, Nadine are phenomenal! They were only a phone call away for any questions, recommendations, or concerns. On my next trip to Freeport I will definitely be seeking out the availability of Fred and Andrea's condo!

This property is not an investment property. It is our winter home so we can escape the cold and enjoy the warm weather here in Grand Bahama. Since it is our home, it is well equipped with everything you will need to feel at home and comfortable during your stay.

Why they chose this property

The condo has spectacular water views. The pictures don't do it justice. The condo complex is gated and beautifully landscaped. The property has 80 units; however, it is rarely full. You will almost have the beach and pool to yourselves.

What makes this property unique

The size, views, and layout of this condo are perfect for your Bahamas stay. The entire second floor is a master suite that is very private from the two downstairs bedrooms. Bell Channel has well kept amenities and one of a few properties on the island that has a tennis court, beach, pool and marina.
