Step into a fully remodelled condo inside a quiet, private beachfront community. Wake to palm trees and birds, enjoy coffee on the terrace, then walk 50 meters to a calm, uncrowded beach. Inside, everything is ready, modern kitchen, a comfortable bed and pillows, fast WiFi, AC, beach gear, and daily-life essentials. No noise, no surprises, no setup. Just an easy, peaceful stay that feels like home from the moment you arrive.
This condo is set inside a quiet, gated beachfront community that feels calm and established rather than busy or resort-like. The grounds are maintained daily and include private gardens, grill areas, pickleball and shuffleboard courts, and two pools, one central pool and another private pool located beside the on-site bar and restaurant. Access is managed through reception and wristbands, keeping the community secure, private, and consistently quiet.
Inside, the apartment has been fully remodelled to function like a real home, not a short-term rental. The kitchen is modern and practical, with full-size appliances, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, generous counter space, and a dining island that makes cooking and eating easy. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, seasonings, cleaning supplies, and all everyday basics.
The bathroom has been completely updated with a modern shower and proper storage space, giving you room to unpack and settle in comfortably. Towels, soap, toilet paper, and essentials are all provided and ready on arrival.
The sleeping setup is designed for both comfort and space. A Murphy bed creates a proper sleeping area at night and folds away during the day, opening up the room so it feels spacious and uncluttered. The bed is comfortable, with supportive pillows and quality linens. An extendable couch allows for additional guests when needed without crowding the space.
The condo includes AC, a fan, fast WiFi, a TV, washer and dryer access down the hall, and plenty of lighting throughout. The terrace overlooks palm trees and garden views, with a partial view of the sea, and is equipped for beach days with chairs, an umbrella, and cooling bags. Everything is stocked and ready the moment you walk in.
The location makes daily life easy. The private beach is just 50 meters away, along with the pools, restaurant, and bar inside the community. Port Lucaya Marketplace is a 20-minute walk, offering restaurants, bars, cafés, and the marina. Grocery stores and shopping centres are a 10-minute drive. A car rental is about a 15-minute walk, and the airport is roughly 15 minutes by car. Occasional community shuttles add extra convenience.
