Small castle in the heart of Burgundy, swimming pool, panoramic view

Thank you Katie, glad you enjoy your stay

Thank you very much for this very kind feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed the house, its spaces, the swimming pool, the view and the magnificent sunsets. This year, the exceptional heatwave and drought in Burgundy have unfortunately had a significant impact on the gardens, and we regret this. There was a ban on watering plants in most of the regions en France. We’re glad that, despite this, you were still able to make the most of the outdoor areas and the swimming pool. We will complete the installation of fans so that every bedroom has one. We look forward to welcoming you back to Burgundy, with, we hope, greener gardens :)

Thank you so much André for your kind words. I am happy you had a great time. Please come again, you know the way

Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you refer to back kitchen storage and workshop areas as being a bit dusty. Indeed these rooms apart from the main house are for our own use. Our two dedicated cleaning ladies focus on living spaces. We are doing our best to make our visitors confortable and happy in our house that offers large rooms, high ceilings, a beautiful garden and an outstanding view.

Thank you very much Christine, happy to know you enjoyed your stay in our family house. The microwave has been recently broken and we had no time to replace it. We will buy a new one this week.

Thank you Germaine, happy that you had a nice family stay in our house. Hope to see you another time !

Thank you Arie ! I'm delighted that you have such fond memories of your stay.

Thank you so much for your feedback. It was a pleasure to have you home.

Thank you Pascal, we appreciate your feedback. You are welcome any time.

I am delighted that you had such an unforgettable time. Come back whenever you like, you'll be most welcome.

Thank you so much for your review. Happy that you spent memorable times in our house. You will be welcome anytime.

Glad you had a good time with friends in our family home

Thank you Karina for your feedback. I'm glad you have fond memories of your stay. The house is old and authentic, with antique furniture. Perhaps a modern house would have been more in line with your expectations. The place had been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, so some dust may have remained in places, as we're in the countryside :) As for the pool, the appearance of algae that required treatment came from the Sahara winds, which was the case of many swimming pools in the area. This is not a lack of maintenance. We apologize again for this inconvenience, which was beyond our control.

Thank you Beatrix . I'm delighted to hear that you had such a memorable time despite the gloomy weather. The house and its large open spaces make it easy to have good times together. The hedges of the garden in front of the house will be replaced soon.

Thank you Moritz for your feedback. I am happy that you enjoyed the house and the garden. It is true that the children's dormitory has little insulation from the kitchen below. We will work on it. And add some glasses !
