Sleeps up to six with a queen in owner's suite, two twin beds in the guest room, + a sleeper sofa. Enjoy the owner's Social Membership during your stay, where guests have full use of Treviso amenites, including tennis courts, gym, waterfall pool with sports bar and grill, bocci ball, pickleball & more! Fine dining available in the TPC Golf Clubhouse and at the poolside La Piscina bar & grill. Plus activities galore that will make your stay memorable. Naples and Marco Island beaches just 20 minutes away, and 15 minutes to 5th Ave (downtown Naples) shopping and nightlife.

Owner will reply within 24 hours and be very communicative during the rental process and your stay. Owner pays all utilities. Renter pays nominal fees for use of social membership, cleaning, insurance and background check.

The apartment was very warm and comfortable and the amenities were wonderful. We loved the lagoon-style pool and the sauna in particular. Everyone was helpful and made our stay very relaxing. Thank you!

Wow! Amazing resort with relaxing view

We loved our stay at Treviso Bay! The condo is clean and modern with a jaw dropping view. WiFi worked perfectly for WFH and my colleagues were jealous of the swaying palms in my background. The community is truly like living at a vacation resort! I would highly recommend.

Resort Livin!

Brad was excellent as a host. Communication was immediate to solve any issues. We had to find a place to rent as a result of being displaced by Ian. Couldn't asked for better assistance. Loved the amentities - resort pool, bike, pickleball, and the bar/restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 week stay!

Treviso Bay

Brads property was a clean, very nice condo just as pictured. Beautiful grounds for walking. The sunrises are great on the balcony and sunsets beautiful right out the back of the property. Would love to stay again …..wonderful Naples property!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Even though I located to this property for work purposes, I would happily stay here while vacationing! The place was perfect inside and out! It had all the conveniences of home and even more resort style luxuries! I would book this location again!

Relaxing and Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay at Treviso Bay. The condo is light and bright and open and has all the comforts of home. The grounds and facilities are top notch. All the neighbors are super friendly and helpful. Our contact person for the property was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Must try vacation if you are looking for a relaxing and cozy getaway.
