It's details and little things that matter

Accomodation excellent. Lacked some of the basic equipment that should be expected.No iron or ironing board. Shortage of bedding, correct quantity of sheets not supplied. Not enough plates. No dustpan & brush. Lania had no easy chairs, supplied 2 weeks before we were due to leave.Had view of 10 foot wall from lania. The Isles is a very nice complex with lots of walks, but will not stay at this property again.

Thank you for rating the Accommodation; Excellent! All requests were immediately satisfied; iron, dustpan, lounge chairs for lanai. Persnickety! A delightful British couple, but as much as I try, "you just can't please all the people all the time".
