In the countryside, surrounded by nature (+ - 2.5 km from the center of the village of Blanquefort)
100 m² renovated stone barn
Rental 6/7 people (non smoking), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Large partially fenced wooded lot, terrace, parking and private pool
The cottage is located in Lot-et-Garonne on the road to country houses, castles and prehistoric sites in the Dordogne.
You will appreciate calm and tranquility and will be able to taste the regional products present on the gourmet markets of our villages.
The house has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6/7 people
2 double beds, 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed (on request 1 baby bed)
Ground floor: living room, living room (tv, dvd, wifi, board games), fitted kitchen and shower room with wc
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom + wc
Outside: large wooded grounds, parking, private swimming pool (10 x 5m),
sun loungers, well-oriented terrace, wooden table and chairs, barbecue, table tennis table and outdoor games
