100m2 House equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, TV and reversible air conditioning; 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 kitchen, living room and lounge.
The exterior has a 100m2 private courtyard with a shaded terrace (garden furniture) and outbuilding sheltering a summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area and a laundry room.
You'll also enjoy the park closed and trees of 600 m2, where you can take a sun bath in the loungers that await you, while watching your children play and grow safely in their little house perched (the Animals are also well come).
Private parking allows you to park your car under cover.
Located in a quiet hamlet 1km from the village, including a supermarket, a restaurant bar and a medical office.
The lease is located in the heart of the Dordogne, you tighten naturally attracted all the sights that characterizes our beautiful region (castles overlooking the river, caves, village etc ...).
You have the option of renting the weekend or for a night, low season only.

Endroit calme et reposant

Heerlijk verblijf in de Dordogne

We hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht in het huis van Michel en Nadine. Het huis is comfortabel, ruim en brandschoon. Op de website (Nederlandse vertaling) staat niet vermeld dat er geen linnengoed aanwezig is. Gelukkig is dat heel goed en snel door Michel en Nadine opgelost, door tegen een schappelijk tarief wat beddengoed in bruikleen te geven! Het huis is een paar minuten rijden van het dorpje. Daar is een kleine supermarkt/brooddepot en een restaurant waar je heerlijk kan eten. Kortom, we kunnen dit huis zeker aanbevelen!

Havre de paix et de bien être

L accueil est au top ! A l écoute des petits besoins . Le logement est très agréable , très bien équipé et très propre. Literie impeccable . Jardin , cuisine d été et buanderie bien appréciés , nous avions des vélos à ranger . Notre semaine en famille avec nos enfants en couple +1bebe et un chat s est très bien déroulée dans ce bel environnement. La baignade en rivière Ceou , Dordogne à environ 12 minutes en voiture. Paysage magique …bref : envie de revenir 😃

Petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce havre de paix... la maison et le jardin sont vraiment super. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, c'est fonctionnel, agréable, calme, bien situé... la cerise sur le gâteau, les proprietaires sont vraiment top... nous avons ete accueilli comme des rois avec nos deux femelles braque Allemand... ils sont de bons conseils pour les balades et marchés et sont bienveillants... nous y retournerons sans hésiter!! Merci pour ces vacances!

Un très bon séjour, la maison est au calme mais non loin d'un charmant village. Pleins de choses à faire aux alentours, une semaine c'était beaucoup trop court.

Geweldig huis in een schitterende omgeving

Het huis is mooi, brandschoon en compleet. Het heeft een mooie tuin met schaduw, en ligt heerlijk rustig. Buiten kun je heerlijk zitten en de kinderen kunnen er goed spelen. Nadine en Michel zijn heel vriendelijk. Er stond een lekker drankje voor ons klaar, en we kregen vers fruit uit de tuin. Het huisje ligt op een heel rustige plek, maar toch dichtbij het dorp met een kleine supermarkt. De mooie plekken in de Dordogne liggen allemaal op rij-afstand. Genoeg mooie dorpjes en kastelen om te ontdekken. Warm aanbevolen!

Gite parfait idealement situé

Les commentaires précédents ont tout dit! L'accueil est très chaleureux et sympatique. Merci à Nadine et Michel. Le gite est confortable, bien aménagé et il ne manque rien! Climatisation très appréciable par forte chaleur. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec notre petit garcon de 3 ans et notre chienne. Le jardin clos est sécurisant et tres agréable, avec de l'ombre et cabane+balancoire qui a fait le bonheur de notre loulou. Pour les visites le choix est (très) large dans un rayon de 30km. Notre choix s'est porté sur Sarlat, le château de Castelnaud, les jardins de Marqueyssac, l'aquarium au Bugue, les nombreux "Plus beaux villages de France" (avec petit train à Domme), les marchés quotidiens et les baignades rafraichissantes dans la Dordogne. Semaine parfaite! Merci, nous reviendrons!
