About this property

Spacious 3 bedroom town home overlooking the Rocky Branch River on a quiet cul-de-sac. Ideally suited for one family or 2 couples. Location is convenient to the best activities the Mount Washington Valley has to offer: minutes to Storyland, White Mountain hiking trails, tubing on the Saco River, multiple golf courses, Attitash and Wildcat Mountain Resorts, as well as many restaurants, shopping and dining options. Food, gas, and liquor stores are right around the corner. Summer guests also have full access to the resort's private swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts. Our town home features an open floor plan with a private deck, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with 3 bar stools, dining room with a table for up to 6, a comfortable living room with HD TV, DVD player and Roku and game table, and a powder room. There is a full patio set on the deck off the dining/living room, with awesome views and sounds of the Rocky Branch River below and a gas grill at the bottom of the stairs off the deck. The lower level features a master bedroom with its own private full bathroom, queen bed, and dresser. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and dresser. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress below and a twin above, a dresser and another TV and DVD player for the kids. The lower level also has a second full bath, a washer and dryer, and a spacious storage closet in the hallway. All bedroom furniture and mattresses were brand new in 2019. We provide free WiFi, sheets, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen for easy meal prep. Everything you need to make the most of your time in the White Mountains is here!

Everything you need.

Paul was very communicative about the easy check-in and check out process. It is a very comfortable, clean, and cozy condominium. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. The location was great. Close to Attitash, Wildcat, and the North Conway restaurants and shops. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Paul for the great experience.

Don’t recommend due to surprising extra charges

I thought the stay was going well, although ran out of propane while cooking, was not told there was an extra one, and the only way to communicate with the owner was via email through VRBO which does take some time to get a response, so we purchased one, not a big deal, During my stay I had to fly to my sons navy A school graduation, and my husband had to leave three days early to return to work with one of my three children as she had to leave earlier for cheer, I had my sister come up, which she came on the wrong day, and had her daughter with her, I wasn’t going to make her drive all the way back as she came late, so she stayed the night and left in the morning, , but then I had to scramble to find an alternate person to stay with my two remaining children so it wouldn’t shorten their stay, and also because we wouldn’t get a refund for the remaining three days if we just left. I thought all was fine, I returned the Saturday ( the day before our departure) my baby sitter, which was my two nieces, left, I took my kids to whales tale for our last day there, we packed up the next day, I cleaned everything, even bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, I thought for sure the owner would be impressed with us, but I then get a bill for $1250, stating I had unauthorized people at the condo and an unauthorized car. I explained in the beginning what I was doing, I didn’t know I had to give him every detail of every day of our stay. I thought taking very good care of his condo, like I would my own home was good enough. I wouldn’t recommend renting from this person, as he is just looking for ways to charge you extra.

Wonderful NH Getaway

We so enjoyed our stay in Glen!! The Rocky River Resort was perfect for a long weekend with family, very comfortable for our 4 adults and 2 kids. I do not think we've stayed in a cleaner rental, it was immaculate!! With kids we loved exploring the river in the backyard and the proximity to Storyland. Couldn't have been better, would definitely return!

Family Ski Trip

The townhouse had plenty of space for my family of 5. Only about a 5 minute drive to skiing at Attitash. The place was warm, clean, and quiet. The unit was very well stocked and equipped. We very comfortable and had a wonderful time.

Terrific condo!

I've rented many condos, ant this is by far the cleanest, best maintained, and most well-stocked one I've been in. And the location is terrific - private, with a "babbling brook" behind the condo that can be enjoyed from the porch, and can be heard at night in the bedrooms with the windows open. The A/C and heat arrangements are excellent. There are clear explanations of all the controls AT the controls. And Paul was extremely responsive to questions. Recommended highly without reservation.

Clean and convenient

Paul's place is immaculate and well maintained. It is very convenient to the area attractions without being in the middle of town. Loved that the back door opened to a deck by the river and used the gas fireplace every day of our stay. Highly recommend Paul's place!

Awesome place to stay for family ski trip

The house's location is perfect and close to a few ski resorts, Attitash and Wildcat. The house is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The host, Paul, goes extra miles to prepare the house and provide all possible needed supplies to make us feel at home. We definitely will consider return in the future and full recommend to other guests!

A nice get away

We were looking for a long weekend to get out of Boston. This condo was perfect. The place was very clean, and we felt confident and safe. The information provided by the owner was accurate. Everything in the unit worked well. Sitting outside by the stream was an added treat.

Beautiful property in Glen, NH

The property is lovely and very well maintained. It has a second floor open floor plan, with a well equipped kitchen and beautiful gas fireplace. The owner has very thoughtfully equipped the unit with nice amenities and has been very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice Convenient Location Near Attitash

This was a great VRBO rental. Located in the Bartlett, NH region, it was quiet and close to West Side road. That is important because you can avoid the mayhem of North Conway and Conway during peak seasons. Clean and very accommodating. We particularly appreciated fine touches such as a pound of Starbucks French Roast coffee waiting for us. Not only that, but bottled water waiting for us, as well as bath products. This was a a great, quiet spot located close to great climbing and hiking spots and in a position to avoid the mayhem of North Conway and Conway. We loved it and would highly recommend it for rental. Enjoy!
