Apartment T3, 2 bedrooms for 4 people in villa 150 meters from the sea

Treat yourself to a quiet holiday, 70m² 2 bedroom T3 apartment. Located in Sanary sur mer, in the residential area of Port-Issol, it is a very spacious and perfectly equipped accommodation, it is on the ground floor of our villa. You will be 150m from the sea, 1000m from the city center, the port. You will have all the comfort and a beautiful terrace (50m²) with garden furniture, deckchairs for your sunbathing, and a garden.
your apartment includes:
1 living dining room opening onto the terrace with large screen TV, DVD player.
1 independent kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.
1 bedroom (access to the terrace) with 1 140x190 bed) 1 chest of drawers, 1 TV.
1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds which has a large wardrobe.
1 bathroom: sink, bathtub, shower cabin, small storage unit, hair dryer.
1 W. C independent equipped with a washbasin
You will have storage cupboards, vacuum cleaner, table and iron.
Our villa is located in a small dead end where it will be easy for you to park, bakery, hairdresser, small grocery store at 400m.
Our apartment is designed for 4 people maximum, we do not provide sheets or linens, but it is possible to rent them on request.
Pets are not allowed in our rental.

Situation idéale

Agréable séjour et excellent accueil de Mr et Mme Chapelon. Le logement est idéalement situé à Sanary et son espace extérieur est très appréciable ( grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer).

Super nettes Vermieterehepaar - wir waren zu dritt und die Wohnung war mit Waschmaschine, Küche und TV entsprechend ausgestattet. Bäcker und Badestrand sind fußläufig in 7 Minuten erreichbar, eine Parkplatz haben wir immer im öffentlichen Straßenland direkt vor dem Haus gefunden. Sanary-sur-mer hat mit seinem Charme und der nicht so massentouristischen Ausrichtung wie die beiden Nachbarorte auch überzeugt. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Een heel fijn, ruim huis gelegen in een rustige wijk. De auto kan voor de deur geparkeerd worden.

Het huis heeft een prima ligging, vlakbij het zandstrand van Portissol, waar ook een fijn restaurant is. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Sanary sur mer is heel leuk met zijn dagelijkse vismarkt, groente-en fruitmarkt en zijn winkeltjes en vele restaurants. Het huis heeft ook een groot terras met tuin, waar we steeds heerlijk zaten. De huiseigenaren zijn zeer symphatiek en behulpzaam. Zij wonen boven het huis. Het enige puntje ter verbetering, is dat de WiFi het niet altijd goed deed.
