Its open-plan kitchen overlooking the living area is perfectly equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, deep fryer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) so you can share good meals. Also enjoy your little enclosed courtyard, ideal during sweet summer evenings.

Just opposite your house, you will find an ideal environment to share good times. Your children will be able to have fun at the playground whilst you enjoy the petanque court. Don't forget your game equipment! For the more sporty, prepare your finest sports outfit to face off on the tennis court or on the Ping-Pong table. Exciting matches await you!

The house is ideally situated 15 minutes' walk from Parée beach and 20 minutes from Brétignolles town centre where you will find many shops and leisure activities.

Just 30 minutes' drive from Les Sables d'Olonne, less than 40 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Monts and an hour from the island of Noirmoutier, you will have the opportunity to easily explore our Côte de Lumière.

Take a stroll along the corniche to admire the magnificent landscape offered by the Vendée coastline, cycle along the numerous cycle paths, visit the market to buy delicious local products and finally, attend the surfing competitions organised on Sauzaie beach.
