Fisherman's house with private parking. Located in a quiet dead end. Near the beach of Boisvinet (150m) from the pier for the island of Yeu and the large beach. 500m from the train station, pedestrian street. Forget your car, everything is done on foot or by bike. : downtown, markets, etc. Outside courtyard about 35m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chair. Very calm environment

We couldn't knock the location of this property but that was the only thing it had going for it. The toilet was dirty and smelly,and had mold on the ceiling, the kitchen appliances were old and slow, dirty cupboards, chipped plates,dirty and rusty kitchen utensils, uneven floors in the bedroom to the bathroom, rusty light fittings, bulbs out mold in the bathroom.The yard outside was ok but we were going to use the BBQ and it was covered with burnt fish. Definitely would not return to this property.

Bonjour Sarah Également très mécontent vous n avez pas respecté le contrat. La maison a été laissée très sale. La personne chargée du ménage a fait 4h pour remettre bien le logement. Votre animal de compagnie perd énormément ses poils ou vous l avez brossé sans rien ramasser et la élans la baignoire. La vaisselle restée dans le lave vaisselle et sur l évier. Pour l assiette ébréchée vous auriez dû nous prévenir nous sommes toujours disponibles. Très déçu nous ne souhaitons pas de nouvelles réservations

Charmante petite maison, très fonctionnelle, proche centre (15mn à pied). Bien fermée, la maison reste fraîche.Ma petite chienne était en sécurité dans la courette grâce au portail.La place de parking est accessible seulement pour un petit gabarit de voiture. Il ne faut pas craindre les marches arrières, cela se fait et n'est donc pas un obstacle.Hôte réactif mais manque de cordialité dans ses réponses. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Séjour du 20 au 27 avril 2024

J'ai eu la chance de passer une semaine sous le soleil ce qui m'a permis de profiter pleinement de tout ce qu'offre St Gilles-Croix de Vie. De plus, j'avais apporté mon vélo et ai pu visiter les alentours grâce à de nombreuses pistes sécurisées. La maison est excessivement bien située, proche de la corniche, des plages, du centre ; elle est simple et propre, située au fond d'une impasse, en 2ème ligne. Calme assuré. La literie est bonne. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'exposition de la cour qui est baignée de soleil toute la journée. Pour le parking, s'assurer, avant de s'y garer, de pouvoir en sortir sans dommage ; emplacement fait pour une toute petite voiture mais places toujours disponibles sur la rue peu passante. Concernant l'arrivée, on récupère les clés dans un boîtier. En ce qui me concerne, j'aurais préféré être reçue par les hôtes pour qu'ils me mettent la maison en mains. Le propriétaire est très aimable et on communique facilement avec lui. Je garderai un très bon souvenir de ce gîte que je recommande.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison tres bien décorée et cosy. Elle possède tout le nécessaire et la loterie est en tres bon état ! Le plus pouvoir venir avec notre chien. Enfin un environnement très calme.
