Newly Renovated UNIT 1B3: You may never want to leave this sleek one-bedroom beach retreat!

Between an absolutely incredible view and two sumptuous loungers to take it all in, you'll find it an ideal relaxation zone. A sense of spaciousness fills the room with the unique layout of the living area. Bright white cabinets are accented with aqua tones in the kitchen, and aqua colors swim through the bedroom, as well. Upscale flooring and appointments throughout. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Third-floor location overlooks a simply "wow" view of the beach!

Unit is impeccable with cleanliness and accuracy of description. Unit has everything you need for 2 people any more will be tight. Only negative is with a brand new bathroom they installed a new 18” high tub vs walk-in shower. Two shower bars well placed. Over all wonderful unit

Amazing Location!

The location was great! Literally just steps from the beach after you exit the building. Everything was very clean and comfortable (with the exception of the pull out couch…..it was pretty bad) We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Great stay

The condo had the absolute BEST view! We loved the short walk to the beach. It made it easy with kids. The condo was exactly as described. Comfortable and very clean! The ceiling fans were impressive. The front desk was great to work with when we needed extra towels, paper towels, and a pate check out! The only thing I would fix is adding a decent nonstick skillet and a sheet pan of some sort.

Amazing view, excellent location to restaurants, shopping, and visiting other island beaches. Our room was great for a couple. Very comfortable and clean. Great shelling for this location.
