Newly Renovated UNIT 1B4: This wonderfully refreshing top-floor one-bedroom unit offers upscale comforts and showcases the best of sand, sea and relaxation!

It's hard not to unwind and relax as you're welcomed by delightful splashes of bright aqua blues and lime greens which swim throughout the living area and lanai. Natural sandy tones blend beautifully in all the right places. The stunning kitchen and custom-built desk area makes this unit a perfect "office at the beach" if you need one. Additional custom cabinetry in the master and top-notch features in the bathroom make this unit an enviable find. Flat screen TVs in all room. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A special Thanks to "Candy" on the staff. She was a Great help. We have visited this property several times over the years. Now that the units are remodeled after the latest storm it's better than ever. No doubt, we will be back...soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time my wife and I have visited Sanibel Island. The island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, and Ocean's Reach has just re-opened, with all the units fully renovated. Ocean's Reach was recommended to us by a friend who has stayed there for many years prior to Ian, and it lived up to his description. Clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach, and very easy to check in and out. We will look here first next time we come to Sanibel.

Great location. Comfortable bed; dated furniture but having a nice bed was more important.

Property has everything you need. Umbrella and chairs, bikes on site. Well run place.
