Beautiful spacious condo

The condo was beautiful, had comfortable beds and furniture, and the kitchen was well outfitted. It was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful lake and patio. We would certainly stay again!

Stayed here for a cousin reunion. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay and we especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen.We loved the view from the outdoor dining area, the pickleball court, the pool and the short walk to the next door restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!

Visiting Family in Charlotte

Went very well! Rained, so was great to have the covered porch so we could still enjoy the view of the lake. Were there in late September, still warm enough to swim and even on weekend we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Condo is spacious.

Wonderful Host & Beautiful Place to Stay

We traveled a very long way to North Carolina to spend quality time with our granddaughter. Katie was a gracious host and was super responsive to all of our questions. The condo was well equipped and a great home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all of the wonderful amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable, the unit was clean and we had all of the pots and pans needed to make plenty of home cooked meals. We cannot thank Katie enough for making our stay a happy and memorable one!

Golf and Savannah Bananas

The condo and property was beautiful and extremely clean. Having body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as dish soap and hand soap readily available as well was convenient. Plenty of towels for the pool and for showers. We enjoyed playing pickle ball and swimming at the pool. And the neighbors we encountered were super friendly. Location is fantastic halfway between Mooresville and Charlotte where we needed to go while we were staying here. Host was very informative and responsive when we had a couple questions. Would most definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our time at this condominium. Had everything including spices, Saran wrap, foil, coffee filters, all new appliances and coffee machine...everything...Etc. Bedding great. Location right next to the Port restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Golfing in the Charlotte area

Nice property. Ice maker did not work. Looked like some ceiling wall work being done in Master Bedroom - not an issue fit stay.

Beautifully appointed and wonderfully situated.

We got in very late after our plane blew a tire (imagine that) and we had to wait on replacing it. When we finally arrived at the condo we were hungry and exhausted but when we opened the door to our rental we were revived just by how lovely it is. Then, we were thrilled that an excellent restaurant was walking distance. How great is that? Our stay was short (3 days) but the condo was perfect in all ways. I can't give it more than 5 stars but it deserved more. Katie was easy to work with and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. It was a great 3 days and we will stay here every time we come back to Cornelius.

Fun lake getaway

We had a wonderful 3 night getaway at your Lake Norman property! After a late arrival on our check in day, we were pleasantly surprised at the spacious and comfortable condo! Beds were comfortable and the lake view from the deck for our morning coffee was so nice and relaxing! We had fun walking around the property and got some amazing family pictures lakeside in the evening. We rented kayaks on 2 different parts of the lake and had so much fun exploring the different areas around Lake Norman. We also rented jet skis which my kids loved riding on! We took long morning walks to the shopping center and enjoyed Clean Juice for breakfast. This condo was the perfect size for the 5 of us! The owners thought of everything to make their condo comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo on the Lake

The condo had nice new finishes. Location was great. Since this is a wood framed condo, you could hear the tenant above this condo moving around at all hours of the day and night.
