You will love our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home home that sits right on the canal. This home features a heated pool, outdoor seating with a fire table, nice grill. There is a fish cleaning station by the dock. The master has a king bed while the other two rooms have queens, all with TV's. Kitchen is supplied with everything you might need along with washer and dryer for you use.

Great location with everything you’d need!

We had a great stay at this property! Everyone had their own rooms and plenty of space! Great location on the island! Owner has thought of everything you’d need to make your stay enjoyable. Beach chairs, beach cart, coolers, etc! Really enjoyed the pool each afternoon as well!

Perfect for spring break

The property was exactly as listed! Very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Communication was very easy and the slight issue we had with one of the bikes was very quickly resolved!

Spring break trip 2023

Loved every minute here. Used the bikes, sat out by the dock in evenings and really enjoyed swimming in the pool. Location was great to bike to beach and restaurant. Recommend!

We loved this home!

The house was lovely, the owner was very responsive and helpful . The home was well stocked, and in a great location. The lanai area gets plenty of sun throughout the day. We enjoyed our time very much, and have plans to return.

A fantastic escape! The location was great, we appreciated having the bikes, beach chairs, etc, to use, and we made good use of the pool. The owner responded quickly to questions we had.

Great time on Marco Island

We returned for another great year on Marco. The house is clean and well appointed. The pool is great. There were bikes and beach chairs, towels, and beach toys for use- awesome!! The house is centrally located and it’s no more than 5 mins to the beach, Starbucks, groceries, good dining, Rose Marina. Hope to return again!!

Awesome Property

This home had everything you could think of needing and more! Nicely stocked kitchen with extras for cooking, like spices. There was Plenty of beach items, coolers, chairs, and nice cart to carry items across the beach and everything to enjoy days at the beach. Bicycles were nice also to ride to beach or just around the neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this home to anyone! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Wonderful stay in Marco!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Marco Island! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including the beach, restaurants, and shops. The house itself was spotless and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need (we loved the snack basket!) It was clear that the host put a lot of thought into making guests feel right at home.The highlight for our family was the pool—it was a hit with the kids and we also really appreciated the pack-and-play that was provided, which made traveling with a little one so much easier.The host was amazing to work with—responsive, friendly, and super accommodating. We can’t wait to come back for another visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, family-friendly getaway in Marco Island!

Best VRBO Experience!!

Fantastic property- I want to stay here again. So clean, had EVERYTHING we needed. Great for our family of 5. WE entertained friends in the back patio which was covered and very comfortable. Pool was well maintained and perfect temp. They thought of everything- it's well stocked with basics++. Canal was peaceful. They had a fishing pole, net, tackle box, Kayak(which we enjoyed), 4 bikes for getting around the island. There's almost too many good things about this place. They set a VERY HIGH standard for all my future rentals. Easy to contact host, responsive and friendly. If you're coming to Marco Island- BOOK this place!

This house was very nice! It was stocked with all types of amenities. We had a couple of minor issues but the host fixed them quickly! TV's were nice and we actually got real Comcast cable!The heated pool was great.

Beautiful location!

We loved our time spent in Marco at this property. The house was so clean, with everything we needed there. The outside area is gorgeous, with the covered area to relax at night, and pool for swimming during the day. Ronda was also so great to work with. From silly questions we asked, to helping us connect to the internet, Ronda was incredibly prompt in her responses and so supportive! Would absolutely recommend!

We hadd the best 2 weeks of vacation. We liked the location, we brought bikes plus they had 4 bikes available if someone needed. The house was well stocked. Used the pool almost every day. Would love to go back again!!

Nebraska Girls Birthday Trip

This is a perfect spot for a stay on Marco island! Our family really enjoyed it here. Rhonda was nothing but accommodating from easy check in to getting extra bikes for us! She was very quick to respond to my every question. The house was very clean and put together. It was stocked with everything we needed! The pool was nice and warm for the cooler nights and the fire pit was nice and relaxing. We took the kayak out along the canal as well! You won’t regret staying in this welcoming home. Thanks for having us, we will be back!

The home was beautiful! Had very minor issues that Melissa and Chip were able to quickly take care of, overall very well maintained home! It was a nice walk to the beaches. My family and I loved the getaway and would definitely recommend to others!! Hope to return back soon!

We are midwesterners that fell in love with Marco Island. Our main home is in Nebraska but love stealing away to the island anytime we can! We are a family of 5 with 2 daughters and 1 son. Our family and friends are our everything! We farm here in Nebraska with our son planning on taking over in the future. He has a little ways to go as he is still in high school (thank goodness for that, not ready to be empty nester's!). Hope this gives you a little idea who we are!
