Fully equipped home with many extras: Free long distance calls in US, Free WiFi, Broadband, XBox 360 with Kinetic, extended cable TV, SIrrus Satellite radio, Select Comfort King Size Bed in Master Bedroom, games, crib, playpen, strollers, baby monitors, high chair, bikes, golf clubs and more at no additional charge. Attractions such as Sea World, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Harry Potter, etc., outlet shopping, restaurants and several world class golf courses are nearby. After spending the day at the parks come back and maximize your time in the enclosed Southern exposure heated pool and spa. Enjoy the sparkling pool and the bubbling spa. The Bar-B-Que patio showcases gas grill.
There are 2 master bedroom suites both with King Size Beds, 3rd bedroom double bed and 4th bedroom has 2 twins and 5th has bunk beds with a full and double.

We felt this was a good rental home for the price. Not too far from the Disney parks, easy check in/check out process, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The main issues we had were that the wifi was spotty and slow at times (but it did eventually work), and the hot tub was not very hot and didn’t seem able to be adjusted. Overall we had a good stay.

Thankyou to Joann and Jim for such a wonderful stay The Villa is in a lovely quiet community in clermont and we absolutely loved it, at the beginning of the tripWe had an issue with the pool heat and WiFi but within an hour Joann was at the property to fix the issue or the pool guy was there to fix the pool heatThe bedrooms was big and spacious lovely comfortable beds and a tv in every room The kitchen had all the amenities and even some extra bits in the pantry which we appreciated! Joann and Jim were fantastic hosts and appreciate the care they showed for any issue that arose (even though they were very minor issues that were resolved immediately!) Absolutely lovely villa and lovely hosts, we do hope to stay again next time we come to Florida!

Location was great. Plenty of space for the amount of people we had. Beds were comfortable. Tons of extras in the kitchen. The only thing that was disappointing was the spa/hot tub. It didn't heat any hotter than the pool when I called about it, I was told it was a spa and not a hot tub so it wouldn't get much warmer than the pool. In the listing of amenities, it was listed as a hot tub 2 times. It would have been a great way to relax after a long day at the parks, so that was disappointing to find out.

Great Florida Location

We were so happy with our stay at this house. Plenty of space, all-day sunshine in the heated pool, close to Disney, and all of the household amenities you’ll need during your stay. Thank you Jim and Joanne for a great experience!

Other than the hot tub/ pool heater not working until the last full day of our stay, and the neighbors rooster, which was a funny surprise, the house was great. Served our needs perfectly. Would stay again.

Nice house for the money.. one for the beds had crumbs in the sheets. The heater seemed to not work on the pool/spa messages owner they said they were sending someone out but still didn’t work but that’s ok cuz we didn’t have to pay for the heated pool and the kids still loved the pool. Nice neighborhood nice house for cost would stay again. Thank you for letting our family rent your house

Softball Tournament Stay

We were in town for a softball tournament so we did not get to spend much time in the house. Pool was very warm and house was in a good location. Would recommend for people looking for large accommodations in the Orlando area.

The house is centrally located, near many Florida attractions, it is in a quiet established neighborhood, since it is the corner lot of the culd-de-sac it has a large yard with a privacy fence and the enclosed heated pool and spa are Southern exposure so you have the benefit of the sun all day instead of just a few hours.
