The villa opens onto a terrace with heated swimming pool with electric shutters, outdoor lounge and summer kitchen with covered plancha.

superbe endroit
Très beau gîte, spacieux et lumineux, conforme et même mieux que la description et les photos. Le jardin est magnifique et bien pensé, rendant tous les points de vue agréables. Il est idéalement situé entre bassin et océan. A 2 minutes en vélo de la plage de l'Horizon. A à peine 5 minutes en vélo des commerces et du marché. Le cabanon séparé a ravi notre grand ado. La piscine est top.

Un petit paradis au cap ferret
C'est un endroit assez magique tant au niveau de l'emplacement (facile d'aller à pied au centre du village - marché ainsi qu'au bord de l'océan pour se baigner), le jardin est super avec une cuisine d'été, un coin protégé autour d'une piscine chauffée. L'intérieur est aussi idéal avec 4 chambres dont une dans un cabanon totalement aménagé dans le jardin (chambre, wc, douche).
Ne reste plus qu'à ouvrir les huitres et déboucher un entre-deux-mers !

Excellent séjour entre amies, nous avions l'impression d'être à Tahiti grâce à ce magnifique Palmier ! un des plus beaux jardins qui m'a été donné de voir, la maison est un bijou, literie formidable. Tout est parfait dans cette maison pour y passer de merveilleuses vacances, proximité des commerces, plages, marché.
La piscine chauffée , le jardin et la maison rien à redire, magnifiques

After 2 and a half years, we finally got a holiday with My Daughter and our 2 Grand Daughters.
The property was perfect with heated pool to occupy chjldren. Location was very conveniant and able to walk to shops and restaurants. The design quality and standard of acciomadation was 5 star and Vianny was a very friendly host available in a few minutes.

man fühlt sich sofort wohl
Objektadresse stimmt nicht mit der Zugangsadresse überein. hier sollte man vor der Ankunft mit dem Hausverwalter einen genauen Treffpunkt ausmachen. Ansonsten ein sehr gepflegtes Gelände mit Garten , Freidusche und Gartenküche . Das Gartenhaus ermöglicht es, dass nicht alle Hausnutzer „auf einem Fleck“ sind. dort sollte jedoch noch Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, seine Kleidungsstücke aufzuhängen. Bäder top , begehbare Dusche , man fühlt sich sofort wohl , wenn man das Haus betritt.

Une maison magnifique!
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison! Idéalement située proche des commerces et de l’océan, cette maison nous a immédiatement séduite par son design et la qualité des meubles, équipements ménager, vaisselle et linge de maison mis à notre disposition. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de gout. L’extérieur est également très beau, superbe piscine chauffée, meubles de jardin de qualité et cuisine d’été avec une grande plancha ont agrémenté notre séjour .
Le jardin est un havre de paix avec une végétation magnifique et sans aucun vis à vis.
Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, tout dans la maison était préparé parfaitement pour notre arrivée.
C’est vraiment un petit coin de paradis que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

La maison est parfaitement située, l'accès par la grande route de Bordeaux via une allée peu engageante nous a étonné mais c'était pour mieux apprécier l'arrivée dans ce coin de Paradis avec son jardin fleuri sans vis-à-vis. Une fois la voiture posée, tout se fait à pied. La maison est rénovée avec beaucoup de gout, très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, l'accueil était parfait.

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine très agréable dans cette maison. Tout y est bien pensé, le confort, les équipements, le jardin magnifique, la piscine chauffée, la terrasse, le salon extérieur ainsi que la cuisine d'été. Merci à Vianney pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils. On se sent tout de suite chez soi dans cette magnifique maison décorée avec charme, sans vis-à-vis et idealement située en plein centre du Ferret
La propriété est si agréable et bien equipée qu’on y resterait du début à la fin de saison, le feu ouvert et la piscine chauffée y remplissant parfaitement leurs rôles.
Mention spéciale au cabanon qui complète ce bel ensemble et y ajoute une note d’authenticité.

Ein tolles Haus mit einem traumhaften Garten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Atlantik Strand in Fußnähe, ca 5-10 Minuten. Der innen Strand, tolle Austern Lokale und Shopping Straße sind ebenfalls in Laufnähe.
Alles hat wunderbar gepasst, sehr gerne , wieder.
