The villa opens onto a terrace with heated swimming pool with electric shutters, outdoor lounge and summer kitchen with covered plancha.

A shed completes the set. It is made up of a bedroom with 140x200 bed, shower room and separate WC, guaranteeing total privacy.

Beautiful landscaped garden of 850 m2 with parking for 2 cars, WiFi in the house and USB socket in each room.
