First time staying in Old Town CB. Loved being 2 blocks from ELK Ave with all the shopping and our favorite restaurants. House was just the right size for our little group.

Thanks for letting us know about the WiFi problem. Century Link has repaired it.
Great location, quiet and only 2 blocks from Elk Avenue. Back yard is fantastic, a sanctuary any time of the day. Clean and comfortable for our family of three. A terrific base for an amazing July week in Crested Butte.

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We would love to host you again.
Good heat, especially the morning it was -15F! The place had everything we needed for a ski trip to Crested Butte. The little desk let my wife actually do project work while I used the table.
Charming rustic cottage in a great location. We really enjoyed our time in CB. This place is walking distance to everything and super convenient to all the parks and bike trails. The layout worked well for our family. The house really needs a deep clean and some maintenance. The shower was very very small. Fine for me since I’m petite, but a larger person might have trouble. If the place got a really good cleaning would give it a 5/5.
This was a wonderful trip and we can't wait to go back. The house was perfect for our family of four. We hung out in the backyard and grilled. We walked to restaurants with ease. We biked our way to different trails and fishing spots. It frankly could not have been better and we hope to come back soon. The hosts could not have been better!

Thank you for the amazing review. We love that you enjoyed the home as well as the community. Please come visit us any time.
We loved our cozy little cabin just a few blocks from downtown restaurants and trails. The backyard is a glorious place to hang out and soak up the nature. The inside was tastefully decorated. Couch is a little small but the amazing backyard made up for that. Our only point of improvement would be the lock on the back door… it’s a little funky but works with jangling.

Thank you, Alexa. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the property. We will give suggestions to the owners regarding the couch and lock.
We had a wonderful winter trip in this adorable cabin! Both bedrooms are wonderful! The back one is surrounded by windows, so it's bright and sunny, and you can watch the snow fall during the night. The master bedroom is roomy with an extra sitting room. We're cross country skiers and it was a short walk to all the trails around Peanut Lake. Spectacular!

Great location and a darling cottage! Was perfect
For our short stop through CB. It’s a renovated cottage so bathroom is small - although two sinks is nice - and the shower was tight. However the house was comfortable and just perfect for two or a small family of 3 or 4! Easy to walk to Elk! Great yard also if you want it!

Quaint charming home
We loved this home and its excellent location. The only complaints were minor ones relating to the property management company: not stocking basics such as hand soap and paper towels, no instructions for using the heat, the bear latch on the garbage can being broken (forcing me to pick up trash all over the front yard once after visit from said animal). Nice little home and great back yard.
The house was fine and met our needs overall. The bathroom set up was a little weird and the shower was seriously tiny. My husband is 6'2" and 180 lbs barely fit in it, like barely. The back bedroom needs some blackout shades as well, but kids slept ok - they were so tired from the hiking and fishing we did! The location was perfect and the backyard was wonderful.

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Great spot, but needs a deep clean.
This place needs a deep clean. The walls and doors were dirty. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and stains on the couch. The plastic table cloth looks like something you might get free with a Kentucky Fried Chicken family meal. The patio is nice, but it is cluttered with so many dirty lawn chairs that you can barely move around out there. It's a great location on a quiet street in Crested Butte, but for the price I would expect something a little cleaner and more updated.
It is advertised as a two bedroom but it was a really a shed converted and although it has windows none open so it was so hot you can leave the door open to the outside directly into the small room but one night a chipmunk came in than ran out . There is a floor fan but its truly hot . They need new linens it’s bare bones and owner lives next door watching from upstairs windows, a bit strange but it might be wonderful for guys or skiers not do much for women . Nice yard . Great location . It’s a cabin . One small two cushion sofa for sitting and a wooden chair a two person at most. Sofa needs to be replace or deep cleaned .
The excellent location is really what this place is all about- east walking distance to everything CB has to offer! WiFi was not great so would not recommend for remote work or even streaming a movie.
Very cute house near the main street of Crested Butte. The property manager was very responsive on a Sunday to a concern we had with heating in one of the bedrooms and the issue was resolved before we got home from skiing. The shower is extremely small. Overall, we were all comfortable and loved the location.
It was very clean but furniture was very uncomfortable and hard to watch TV on the tiny screen too high. The only shower was very small. Great location to town.
