Fully fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and washing machine. Separate WC. Balcony with table and chairs. Magnificent view over the bay of Cavalaire, the marina and the Cap Lardier.
