The house was perfect for our family of 8.The beach is close so no driving and parking. The house is in a gated community so safety is great. We could not have found a better house. Pool and BBQOutdoor seating.Peter and his manager were great to work with and always quick to answer any questions. Also for young kids there is a lagoon area by the beach that is shallow and fun to play in. Very close to water rentals ie. Paddle boarding, kayaking and can walk to famous Island Snow w/ ice cream. Thanks for a perfect family vacation

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was great. We even tackled nearby Laniki Pillbox hike. There were 8 adults and we enjoyed the 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 baths. The kitchen was well stocked. Peter was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house and everything went very smoothly from check-in to departure. Peter was communicative and quick with his responses. The location was exceptional with a very short drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (Lanikai) and a short walk to Kailua beach. We were able to walk a pedestrian trail into town which was fantastic as well. The house was appointed with absolutely everything we needed (special mention for all the beach toys and accessories for both our young daughter and adults alike!). Would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible home and pool with perfect location

We were blown away by how nice and spacious the home was as soon as we walked in. The backyard feels very private and relaxing - didn't expect to spend much time in the pool with the beach nearby, but we used it every day. There are great beaches nearby, and several great restaurants/food spots as well. Would happily stay here again many times!

Everything was just as expected and even better. The house was lovely and so well stocked and maintained. We enjoyed everything about it. Access to the beautiful Kailua Beach was easy and so very nice. We even had a unique experience (to us) of a tsunami evacuation! We all wish it were just a bit closer to Chicago. Peter is the most responsive owner I’ve ever worked with through VRBO.

Above and Beyond

The house exceeded our expectations and made our trip relaxing and fun!! Peter was very responsive with any questions we had. Spent a lot of time on the covered lanai, even in the rain it provided plenty of dry seating. The rooms were large, the beds were comfy and the house was well equipped and very clean. Can’t wait for our next trip to stay here again!!
