You benefit from a large living room with parquet floors and fireplace facing the swimming pool, dining room and latest generation kitchen facing south with direct opening onto the swimming pool, the terrace and its 100m2 pool house with sea view. White house with high ceilings, 4 bedrooms including a beautiful master suite and one on the mezzanine, 3 shower rooms. A huge kitchen open to the 20m2 dining room.
