Overlooking the Bay of la Ciotat 50 metres away from the sea,newly furbished villa. It is perfect for 2 families or several couples. Infinity pool facing the sea. Solarium. House in the style of Le Corbusier with very large bay windows offering a real show ofr the sea, 2 equipped kitchens. 3 showers, 1 bathroom. Living room measuring 40 sq.m with a fireplace for winter, 5 bedrooms, a 170 sq.m terrace facing the sea. Pizza oven.Gas barbecue.Solarium with shower.Large private parking inside the property. Large outdoor table under the shade of the pine trees. Petanque court. Sandy beaches 1.5km away. You can rent the linen, please see terms with the owner. Final cleaning is extra. During summer, rentals are for 2 weeks. (In July 2010, the pool area was on the cover of a decoration magazine)

Wonderful villa

Great villa with loads of outdoor space including large gardens for the dog with plenty of shade there. Local area has many beautiful towns , villages to visit and super restaurants to try.

Beautiful vacation home!

We spent a fabulous week in La Ciotat. We were three families and the house was perfect. The bedrooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. The common areas, terraces, and pool were perfect. We dined outside almost every night. We highly recommend a private boat tour of les Calanques with Chloe from Eden Boat. Best day ever. Also, le Sentier du Littoral rocked our world. Took teenagers on this picturesque 11k hike. Stopped for lunch and ended on the white-sand beach in Bandol. Perfect day! We will definitely be back to Farigoulo and Therese was a kind and helpful host.

Spectacular Views

Have just returned from a two week stay here. We were a party of 8 with all ages ranging from my parents in their 70’s to my granddaughter under one. The outdoor spaces, pool and views from the villa are spectacular. The upstairs interiors are beautiful and the villa offers lots space for larger groups! The downstairs apartment could probably do with a little refresh especially the bathroom however was perfectly comfortable and functional. Therese was extremely helpful and responsive to any queries we had and never took more than a few minutes to respond to any messages. The location is ideal with easy access to many lovely spots such as Cassis and Bandol, all less then 25 minutes drive . There is a supermarket less than 10 minute walk away and some restaurants within a 15 minute walk . Saint Cyr Sur Mer is a beautiful little seaside port with a lovely beach and many nice restaurants and is only a 5 minute drive from the Villa or a 30 minute walk . All in all a great holiday ! We shall return .

Overdonderend uitzicht

Heerlijk vakantiehuis, zeer royaal terras met groots zeezicht, overal ruim aanwezige zitplekken en grote tafels.Zo veel ruimte om ook even apart van elkaar te zitten dat we aan de rest van de van de grote tuin eigenlijk niet toegekomen zijn. Boven heel aangenaam voor volwassenen en beneden prima voor de jongere generatie!Heel fijn voor onze familie van 12. De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam en snel bereikbaar. Omdat het huis aan een doorgaande weg ligt ga je niet zo snel te voet van huis, maar dat kan wel. Een rotsstrandje is een paar honderd meter verderop waar met zwemschoentjes aan fijn gezwommen kan worden. Wij voelden ons erg welkom en hebben genoten! foto's zijn precies zoals de werkelijkheid

14 wunderschöne Ferientage mit fantastischer Aussicht, terrassierter Anlage und grossem Pool. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, bestens organisiert und gut erreichbar. Merci Thérèse! Wir 6 Freund/innen haben auch unvergessliche Ausflüge unternommen, am liebsten haben wir uns dann "Zuhause" bekocht, weil es dort so entspannt und schön ist. In der Küche findet sich alles Nötige. Für die unteren 3 Schlafzimmer braucht es etwas Flexibilität (Zugang von aussen/unten, eines davon ist Durchgangszimmer). Ans Meer kommt man nur mit dem Auto oder weit zu Fuss einer befahrenen Strasse entlang. Entschädigt wird man mit dem Blick auf's Meer! Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter.

Great house in La Ciotat

We had a fantastic time in this wonderful villa. The pool is perfect- plenty of shade for those who want it but loads of sun too. Inside, the large sitting room/dining room is nicely and simply furnished. The kitchen is high spec with everything you need. Bedrooms are plain with comfortable beds - again exactly what you need in a holiday home. Clean bathrooms. Our group consisted of 10 at one point - eight of whom were aged between -24. They had a great time and enjoyed La Ciotat and St Cyr - beach and bars …. Highly recommend.

Fantastischer Ausblick

Ein wirkliches tolles Objekt mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Besonders gefallen hat uns zudem, dass für die Gäste 4 Fahrräder (alle in gutem Zustand) bereitstanden sowie eine Boule-Bahn und eine Tischtennis-Platte.

Noël unique en famille autour de l aieule de 90 ans

Maison exceptionnelle de style le Corbusier avec une vue extraordinaire qui a contribue à la réussite de ce Noël particulier autour de notre aïeule de 90 ans..petits et grands étaient enchantés et chacun avait son espace dehors ou dedans..La terrasse et le jardin avec la piscine est un lieu féerique en harmonie avec la maison la nature et la vue.. L interieurest chaleureux et très bien équipé .on se sent tout de suite chez soi.les propriétaires sont charmants prevenants et très accueillants vous facilitant votre installation et très à l ecoute. Encore merci . La magie de ce lieu a vraiment opéré.

Perfect holidays in a great villa with an amazing sea view

We have spent two perfect weeks in this beautiful house. It's a pure pleasure to sit on the big patio and enjoy the stunning sea view. The pool is very nice and was regularly cleaned. Inside, you will find bright rooms with comfortable beds. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for your cooking or barbecue. Shopping possibilities are located in the near surroundings, and the region offers many possibilities of great excursions. Very kind owners (merci Thérèse!) who are available for any request. I can only recommend this site.

Lovely Villa with amazing view

We had a lovely family holiday here. The view is just as it is in the ad- stunning. Lovely pool. We enjoyed a couple of days just lying round the pool and playing ping pong, and on others we explored beautiful beaches and old villages. I would advise the owners to put stickers on the large glass windows and glass doors but other than that everything was good.

Great Villa with an amazing view. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Living space cosy with big bay windows opening onto the garden/pool and view. Lots of car parking space. Stayed for 2 months. Would definitely stay again :)

Ruim huis met fraaie terrassen en schitterend uitzicht

Twee weken prima vakantie gevierd in een mooi huis met direct uitzicht op de baai van La Ciotat. Mooie terrassen op verschillende niveaus met een fijn zwembad. Inrichting sober maar afdoende. Veel mogelijkheden voor trips in de directe omgeving. Een gastvrije en attente eigenares met wie in het Engels goed te communiceren is. Een aanrader!

Une très belle semaine en famille avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. La piscine à débordement (un peu fraîche au départ) a conquis petits et grands. La très grande terrasse couverte nous a permis de manger dehors à toute heure malgré la chaleur. Un bon moment et de très beaux souvenirs

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette belle maison contemporaine. la vue mer panoramique est un enchantement de tous les instants.Le grand jardin offre à la fois l'ombre reposante des pins , un jeu de boules, une superbe piscine ... ajouté à tout cela une propriétaire très chaleureuse et faisant tout son possible pour rendre le séjour agréable. De belles vacances dont nous nous souviendrons.

Villa exceptionnelle (Le Corbusier), tout confort, vue splendide sur la mer et le port de La Ciotat, superbe piscine, grand jardin où chacun trouve son coin calme.... en plus, parfait pour familles avec enfants, il y a de tout (ping pong, boules, etc...). Pour nous, c'étaient des vacances parfaites ! Le tout est couronné par une propriétaire adorable et attentive - merci, Thérèse, et à bientôt !

Leider müssen wir einige Punkte Abzug geben, da folgende Punkte nicht gepasst haben. In diesem Feriendomizil sind Haustiere erlaubt. Deshalb, war es bei uns leider so, dass auf allen Polstern, im Toaster, Bettwäsche usw. Hundehaare waren. Was als Allergiker irgendwann zum Problem wurde!! In Hotels, wo Haustiere auch erlaubt sind, habe wir dies in diesem Umfang noch nicht erlebt! Endreinigung ist hier nicht wirklich eine Endreinigung, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Auch in der Spielwiese unterhalb des Hauses, war überall Hundekot. Dann steht in der Beschreibung, dass der Pool beheizt sei. Dies war bei uns nicht der Fall. Das Wasser war sehr kalt, dass selbst die Kinder nicht gerne ins Wasser gegangen sind. Ebenso muss erwähnt werden, dass 3 Schlafzimmer im Souterrain liegen und dort 6 Personen übernachten können. Hier befindet sich aber nur ein sehr kleines Duschbad. Wir hatten zu dritt nicht einmal die Möglichkeit alle Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Dusche (mit Duschvorhang) ist sehr klein und eng. Einen weiterer Punkte wäre, dass sich vor dem Haus eine stark befahrene Straße befindet, welche auch zu hören ist. Ganz allgemein, wäre es ein schönes Haus, wenn die Endreinigung tatsächlich ordentlich durchgeführt werden würde. Da die Polster im Außen- und Innenbereich schon stark darunter gelitten haben, dass vorher Hunde überall sitzen durften. Sie waren einfach verdreckt! Schade, die Bilder wirkten so schön! Schade, die Bilder sind so vielversprechend. Wir würden das Haus nicht mehr buchen.

je suis vraiment désolée et milles excuses, j'en prends bonne note, je sensibilise l'équipe de ménage sur ce point. Je vous remercie. Précisions pour les chambres, il y a 3 chambres de plein pied d'un coté de la maison et 3 chambres sur un autre niveau, coté mer, la maison étant semi enterrée comme on le voit sur les photos.

paradis sur terre !!!

Propriété au delà de nos rêves. Vue magnifique. Avons passé la semaine dehors sous les pins du matin au soir et même "oublié" d'aller à la mer tellement nous étions bien. Maison très grande, nous étions 9. Les hommes ont apprécié la table de ping pong et le jeu de boules et les femmes ont préféré la bronzette devant la mer et la piscine à débordement. Mme Pleynet est une propriétaire très sympathique et à notre écoute pour notre bien être.
