The villa has declining levels, a garage, a view of the mirror pool from bedroom 4, and the terrace seating area from three bedrooms, with sea views throughout the house. The large kitchen / living room, with a bar, extends onto the covered terrace. Each of the four bedrooms has a private bathroom with a hand basin, a shower, and a toilet. There is also a bathtub in bathroom 4. Each bedroom has a small terrace. There is a boules court behind the house.

Fantastic location, great hostess and wonderful views. Would advise anyone else visiting to also see Paul Richard Racing circuit for races, karting and GT experiences.

Villa with stunning view

Lovely house in a good place overviewing the sea. Nice pool. There was enough space for two families. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beauitful house, perfect location

The house is as beautiful as in the pics, and the entire process was professional and smooth. The only thing to be aware of is that there's no air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in 2 of the bedrooms. The living room is fine - when you open the house there is a lovely breeze from the ocean that keeps you mostly cool. But as we were there in late July/early August, the lack of A/C in 2 bedrooms was an unpleasant surprise. I've still rated the house 5 stars though - just set your expectations accordingly!

Traumhaft gelegen, in 5 Minuten am Hafen von Madraque, 30 Minuten bis Lecques, tolles Haus, sensationeller Pool, Aussicht unbezahlbar und Gott sei Dank eine Garage, die Strasse war schon eng Therese war klasse und hätte sich um alles sehr zeitnah gekümmert, es bestand permanenter Kontakt, aber es gab keinen Anlass weil alles einfach super war.Wir kommen wieder,Merci beaucoup Therese

Ideaal gelegen villa met schitterend uitzicht op de Middellandse zee. De villa ligt in een rustige maar zeer smalle doodlopende straat, waar het met een grote auto wat moeilijker rijden en draaien is. Er is een garage geschikt voor 1 grote of 2 kleine wagens. 5 minuten wandelen naar het strand en vlotte verbinding met de wagen voor de dagelijkse inkopen.De communicatie met de eigenaar verloopt zeer vlot, met tal van praktische tips voor bezoeken in de omgeving.Het huis is echter dringend toe aan een grondige opfrissing. Zo ontbreekt er airco in de grootste kamer op niveau van het zwembad, en is er nood aan een droogkast en een buitendouche aan het zwembad. De buitenmeubelen zijn onpraktisch en vertonen hier en daar schade, net zoals de keuken, de plinten, de muren en de binnendeuren. Het geheel geeft hierdoor een wat afgeleefde indruk. Dit heeft echter niet voor gezorgd voor een slecht vakantiegevoel. Mede gezien de prijs geven we een score van 8 op 10.

Huis was prima met een fantastisch zicht. Helaas was er niet in elke kamer airconditioning. Het blijft weliswaar een aanrader. Dank aan de eigenares voor de goede communicatie en interactie. Dit geeft een fijn gevoel.

Très bonne situation

Belle propriété avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie. Seule point négatif, le nombre importants de marches pour atteindre la porte d'entrée de la maison depuis l'entrée de la propriété. Cela est dû à la géographie du terrain, mais devrait être indiqué dans le descriptif. Emplacement très calme.

Aussicht perfekt

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist tiptop, insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sauber und natürlich ist die Aussicht unschlagbar. Wohnzimmer sowie Terassen sind mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattet und sehr bequem. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten anzumerken gibt es: - Die Schlafzimmer sowie die dazugehörigen Badezimmer sind ziemlich klein, neben dem Bett und ein paar Regalen bleibt kein weiterer Platz mehr. - in den Duschen / Badezimmern fehlt eine Ablage fürs Duschzeug bzw. eine Möglichkeit die Duschtücher aufzuhängen. - in den Toiletten gibt es keine Halterungen fürs Klopapier. - Wlan nicht überall nutzbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedoch absolut weiterempfehlen; auch die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit (sogar via Whatsapp) erreichbar.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Villa mit grossartiger Aussicht und immer sauberem Pool

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit sieben Personen und vier Generationen zu Gast bei Thérèse und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir hatten noch nie einen so sauberen Pool (selbst reinigend). Vielen Dank für das Vertrauen und die Gastfreundschaft.

Traumhafte Villa an traumhafter Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht

Unsere Erwartungen an dieses Ferienhaus mit seinem Pool waren hoch, wurden aber bei weitem übertroffen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer, des Wohn-Esszimmers und der Küche waren perfekt. Auch der ganze Aussenbereich mit Pool und Terrassen hat uns begeistert. Herausfordernd war einzig jeweils die Zufahrt zum Haus, da die Strasse extrem eng ist. Und leider hat der Masterbedroom bislang noch kein WLAN.

Traumhaftes Haus in einer tollen Lage

Hier passt einfach Alles! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Blick ist schöner als man es auf den Fotos erahnen kann. Bäcker & Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen, genauso wie das Meer & der Strand. Therese ist eine sehr bemühte und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus an perfekter Lage!

Das Haus war einfach genial und die Lage wirklich super. Restaurants, Strand und Promenade in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Herrliche Aussicht und toller Infinity Pool! Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und alles hat bestens geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
