Required: An adult 25 years of age to book and be on premise during the rental due to HOA requirements. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Third-floor second-row condominium. Approximate square footage 1200. 2 private balconies. Close to Myrtle Beach Airport. Condo setting is peaceful, quiet, and across from the ocean. Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, fully equipped kitchen, community grill, and ground floor elevator to all floors. No trailers or recreational vehicles. Electric golf carts are not allowed on the property. Gas powered golf carts may be parked in designated area by the dumpster. Monthly or weekly rental. Great view of the blue Atlantic Ocean. Two separate condos in one property utilizing an interior door between the master and junior suite. No smoking or pets allowed.

Winter Months: Send inquiry to host if interested in renting for winter month or months. A monthly rate will be negotiated with the guest.

Linen Rental Information
Properties are equipped with pillows, bedspreads, mattress pads, and some blankets. Beach Bundle complete linen package is included in the reservation. Damaged, lost, or stolen items are the responsibility of the renter. Changes or cancellations require a 48-hour notice.
