Direct beachfront 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo. Unobstructed view on the full private patio, DIRECTLY on the white sand beach of Okaloosa Island in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Breathtaking sunrise AND sunset views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right from the private patio! Watch the dolphins and sparkling white powder sugar sand. Gulf side pool. Our beaches not crowded. 1 mile walk to the fishing pier and a short walk to downtown with great shopping, food and museums. Destin is a short 7 mile drive. Fort Walton Airport is only 15 minutes from the condo, rent a car or catch an Uber.

Veranda is a small 9 unit condo complex that makes for a relaxing, laid back, off the beaten path vacation and a great place to social distance. Private pool for the 9 condos.

Completely remodeled in 2022. Brand new HVAC. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. New washer and dryer in unit.

We are within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, the fishing pier, museums, Gulfarium, grocery stores. If you are looking just to relax and social distance, have your groceries and meals delivered to your door.

No smoking of ANY kind allowed in our condo or on the patio. No pets allowed however, will consider for long stays. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo. Please note that the condo will be stocked with minimal amount of starter supplies including one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, 1 bath soap etc. Please make sure you are prepared to buy additional supplies as needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location is great and the condo was well taken care of, clean and had everything we needed. Since it’s a smaller building the beach area isn’t crowded and having the beach chairs was really convenient. Good communication before and during our stay. We will absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful location

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this location and plan to stay for future visits. Marci is a great communicator and is always a pleasure. The place is just as described. Cannot beat the location and surroundings. We were able to get the relaxation we needed! Cannot wait to schedule our next stay.

Beautiful view and perfext location

The view from the balcony is amazing. Love the condo feel but with only 9 units it was quiet and relaxing. The pool could use a few more loungers so more people have space to layout or stash items, but not a dealbreaker. The only real complaint we had is the master bed was so hard my husband had some back pain after the 1st night. I would definitely rent this unit again I would just try to bring a good matress pad.

A beautiful condo right on Fort Walton beach.

This was our first vacation booking with VBRO and it was one we will never forget. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Marci was easy to work with and quickly responded to all of my messages after booking and throughout our stay. She even left us a welcome basket with snacks, coffee, and some information about local restaurants and activities in the area. She really made us feel welcome We found the beaches in Destin to be a better area for us(the water was crystal clear) so we didn’t spend much time on this beach, but the umbrella/chair service was a definite plus. If you’re planning to stay in Fort Walton this condo will not disappoint.

Family vacation

The place is fantastic. Very private with beautiful views. We saw dolphins every day. It was very cool. Very short drive to many restaurants and entertainment.

“Young” retirees feeling young at heart!

We stayed 8 days and loved every minute. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. Marci was extremely kind and easy to talk with. We loved the very short walk to the beach and the beach loungers plus umbrella were absolutely an extra special surprise!! .

Close to beach. Great location

Location was excellent and extremely close to the beach and water. The unit itself needs updating and could be better stocked particularly the kitchen. We also experienced a strange smell upon arrival. The bedding was nice and very comfortable which was a plus despite the odor. If location is most important then this condo would be a good choice.

We were so excited when we found Veranda. It's a small, quaint 9 unit complex where we can relax and unwind. No crowds, no chaos. Sit on the patio and watch the sunrise and sunset and dolphins. Walk to the pier and enjoy the pristine emerald coast! A true breath of fresh air.
