About this property

Large new chalet in the center of Deux Alpes - indoor pool and hammam

Our project was to transform the former school of Les 2 Alpes located at the foot of the slopes into 2 luxury semi-detached chalets. Our chalet "Le Préau" is located on the right side of the photo.
The work was completed in December 2018, and we welcomed our first guests in February 2019.

SUMMARY:
• NEW CHALET built in 2018, 8 rooms on two floors, living area 250 m²
• IDEALLY LOCATED in the center of Les Deux Alpes resort at the foot of the slopes; ski lifts, ski schools, tourist office, restaurants, shops and supermarket in immediate proximity
• 6 BEDROOMS (15 PEOPLE) with en-suite bathrooms/toilets
• HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL (private) with hammam and Italian shower
• LARGE TERRACE on 1st floor facing south + GARDEN on ground floor
• CLOSED GARAGE for 1 car, bicycles etc., and 3 private outdoor parking spaces

• KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating
• DINING ROOM: Large wooden table for 16 people, underfloor heating
• LIVING ROOM: 1 large corner sofa and armchairs, large wood fireplace, 55" flat screen TV Orange + TNT, SONOS music system, underfloor heating
• BATHROOMS: 5 en-suite bathrooms, each with shower or bathtub, sink, and toilet
• TOILET: 1 additional toilet/sink on ground floor
• BEDROOMS 1 & 2: Master suite, 1 double bed 160x200 cm & independent sleeping area with 2 single bunk beds 80x190 cm, en-suite bathroom (sink/Italian shower) & toilet, TV, underfloor heating

Excellent property in ideal location

The chalet was everything we could have asked for. Property manager was helpful and very efficient. The location was absolutely perfect for the Champame ski lesson meeting point - less than a 5 minute walk. Lots of local amenities nearby. A very spacious and well thought out chalet with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was ideal for the children after a morning of ski lessons. We can’t wait to return.

Aangenaam verblijf met enkele verbeterpunten

De chalet heeft een ideale ligging op 5’ stappen van de skipiste, een tweetal restaurants en een heerlijke bakker net naast de deur en alle faciliteiten op wandelafstand. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, maar er zijn een paar kleine verbeterpunten:- Hygiëne: enkele glazen, de douches, de hamam en oven hadden wat meer aandacht nodig.- Suggesties: extra haakjes in de kamers, meer zitruimte in de woonkamer en betere keukenapparatuur voor grote groepen.Desondanks hadden we een geweldig verblijf, we raden deze chalet zeker aan!

Super séjour

Très beau chalet, très confortable et parfaitement équipé. La piscine et le hammam sont la cerise sur le gâteau. À proximité de la luge d'été, manège, parc et supermarché ce qui est très pratique à pied avec de jeunes enfants.

Geweldige accommodatie

Wij verbleven in dit mooie, van alle gemakken voorziene huis met 14 sportvrienden om in Alpe d'Huez de Alpe d'HuZes te lopen. Het huis ligt een klein half uurtje met de auto bij Bourg d'Oisans (start van AD6) vandaan. Heerlijk rustig gelegen (veel accommodaties zijn dich in Les 2Alpes ) met de mogelijkheid om binnen afzienbare tijd de drukte van het evenement AD6 op te zoeken. Huis is heel mooi en fijn ingericht, het zwembad,de hammam en de tafeltennistafel maken het huis compleet.

Idéal pour vacances en famille ou groupe d'amis. Bien situé pour accéder à de belles randonnées sur le massif avec vue sur les glaciers. Chambres confortables, grand séjour,, piscine pour se reposer après les efforts de la journée !

Très belle location !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Le chalet est spacieux, très bien équipé, et tout est en bon état de marche. Même la mitoyenneté n'a pas été un problème : nous n'avons eu aucune nuisance sonore. La personne en charge de notre arrivée et de notre départ est très sympathique et disponible pendant tout le séjour. Encore merci !

Très belle location pour grands groupes

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité de cette location. La déco a été faite avec soin et goût. L’équipement est très complet. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le hamam après nos sorties randonnée ou vélo. Juste une suggestion d’amélioration: nous avons regretté de ne pas vraiment pouvoir apprécier la terrasse ensoleillée par manque de chaises longues (5 pour 12 personnes). La cour arrière pourrait être également mieux aménagée pour y manger en groupe. Nous conseillons cette adresse sans hésitation.

Grand chalet chaleureux et bien décoré, belles prestations telles que la piscine intérieure chauffée, le hammam, les enceintes dans les pièces de vie, les salles d’eau dans chaque chambre… Informations d’arrivée précises, très bon accueil également.
