Belles vacances en famille, grands et petits .

Une semaine en famille, 14 personnes de 3 générations. Beau chalet bien situé dans la station, avec tous les équipements et le confort pour passer une semaine excellente ensemble. De plus la neige était au rendez vous et la vue sur les montagnes depuis le chalet fantastique .

Trop bien !

Notre famille de 12 a fortement apprécié notre semaine au Chalet vertical: confort, espace, emplacement fidèles à la description. Le propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos questions et remédié rapidement à la casse des locataires précédents. Je recommande cette location à ceux qui veulent/peuvent se faire plaisir.

mooi huis, goede service maar helaas een lekkage tijdens ons verblijf

Bij het inchecken werd ons verteld dat er een kleine lekkage was ontdekt in de massagekamer, we werden gevraagd dit in de gaten te houden. Dus iedere dag gecheckt of het niet erger werd. Na een paar dagen was er ineens een flinke waterplas ontstaan, we hebben Sharon hier direct van op de hoogte gesteld. De loodgieter die kwam had toegang nodig tot twee kamers van ons gezelschap. De lekkage bleek echter in een afgesloten deel van het huis te zitten en al weken te bestaan. We hebben de loodgieter geholpen om er voor te zorgen dat hij dezelfde dag het lek kon verhelpen zodat we niet nog een dag hieraan kwijt zouden zijn. Uiteindelijk heeft het ons een flink deel van een dag gekost maar is de lekkage opgelost. We hebben de eigenaar gevraagd naar een compensatie voor het gederfde vakantieplezier maar deze wilde hier niet op in gaan (hooguit een kleine korting bij een volgend bezoek). Al met al heel jammer want het huis is mooi van binnen en zonder deze domper hadden we een supervakantie gehad.

Bonjour Léo, nous sommes ravis que notre chalet vous ait plu et que vous y ayez passé de bonnes vacances, comme tous les vacanciers que nous avons accueillis avant vous. Nous sommes toutefois désolés qu'une fuite d'eau soit survenue le jour de votre arrivée (06/08 à 16 h) dans la salle de massage (au sous-sol du chalet). A la découverte de cette fuite par la conciergerie, nous avons demandé à notre plombier d'intervenir immédiatement, mais vous avez malheureusement refusé qu'il intervienne au motif que cela allait vous déranger (ce qui nous a grandement étonné). C'est alors que la conciergerie vous a demandé de vérifier si la fuite persistait afin de ne pas dégrader le chalet (ce que vous n'auriez pas eu à faire si vous aviez accepté l'intervention du plombier dès le jour de votre arrivée). La fuite a malheureusement persisté et le 09/08 vous avez accepté que le plombier intervienne, et la fuite fut réparée en 3 h. L'intervention du plombier s'est limitée dans le sous sol du chalet elle n'a donc pas occasionnée de gêne particulière pour vous et pour l'utilisation du chalet. Bien que choqué par votre tentative de monnayer cet incident (après avoir refusé l'intervention du plombier), incident indépendant de notre volonté et sans conséquence pour votre séjour (tout au plus 5 minutes dans la journée), je vous ai tout de même accordé une remise sur une prochaine location. Je pense donc avoir fait tout mon possible pour vous être agréable dans un contexte pour le moins particulier. Cordialement. Pierre
