Great location right next to the belle etoile lift, about 15/20 mins walk from the nice part of the town. Lots of good local amenities within 5 minutes walk (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, ski hire). Chalet was very well equipped with lots of great equipment for cooking local cuisine (hot rock and raclette). The chalet had lots of space and we loved the hot tub on the balcony. Each room has a shower and sink with tap (with no door on!) but toilets are shared.

Fantastic Location, Lovely Chalet

The Chalet is in a fantastic location. it is only across the road to lifts and ski school. Great accommodation with lovely indoor pool and outdoor hot tub on the balcony, as well as a Sauna and Pool table. lovely big social area on the main floor which is great for family group stays. Large boot room with heated boot warmers with direct access to the slopes. Parking for multiple vehicles. Shops, restaurants and ski hire within a few minutes walk. Owner is very helpful and communication is excellent. highly recommended.

Un ménage fait à fond est nécessaire. Un certain nombre de matériel est en fin de vie ou nécessiterait une réparation ou même un remplacement. Le matériel de cuisine est limité. Chalet mieux adapté à l’hiver que pour les séjours estivaux.

Madame, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre ressenti à l'issue de votre séjour. Nous sommes toutefois un peu surpris par cette appréciation, car durant toute la semaine notre équipe est restée très disponible et s'est déplacée à plusieurs reprises afin de répondre à chacune de vos demandes… y compris pour vous aider à mettre la télévision en fonctionnement ! 😊 Concernant le ménage, il est réalisé chaque semaine par une entreprise professionnelle. Comme dans toute grande maison de vacances accueillant de nombreux voyageurs, il peut arriver qu'un détail nous échappe, mais un simple appel suffit et nous intervenons immédiatement. S'agissant du matériel de cuisine, il est régulièrement renouvelé et les équipements défectueux sont remplacés chaque saison. Nous prenons néanmoins bonne note de votre remarque afin de continuer à améliorer le confort de nos hôtes. Enfin, si notre chalet est particulièrement apprécié en hiver pour sa proximité des pistes, il accueille également chaque été de nombreuses familles qui profitent de ses grands espaces, de son environnement et de ses équipements avec satisfaction. Depuis plus de quinze ans, nous avons le plaisir d'accueillir des centaines de vacanciers, dont l'immense majorité nous laisse des commentaires très positifs. Nous continuerons, comme toujours, à faire le maximum pour que chacun passe un excellent séjour. Nous vous remercions malgré tout pour vos observations et vous souhaitons une bonne continuation.

Superbe séjour au châlet Sereina, parfaitement équipé et adapté pour accueillir une famille au complet. Piscine, jacuzzi et sauna très appréciables après des journées bien remplies.La communication avec l'hôte a été parfaite. Réactivité au top pour résoudre les quelques petits imprévus mineurs.L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas des pistes et des commodités.Nous pourrions y retourner les yeux fermés.

Tribu à la montagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement étant parfaitement adapté pour accueillir une grande famille avec 3 générations.La proximité des écoles de ski a été très aidante et la piscine ont été un plus très appréciée par tous. La grande pièce de vie avec sa cuisine ouverte très généreuse a été très agréable.La disponibilité du propriétaire pour rendre le séjour agréable a été top !

Le rêve ....

Si on aime les chalets anciens (ce qui n'a pas que des avantages) et que l'on accorde de l'importance à l'emplacement. et à la terrasse. Le chalet Sereina coche toutes les cases ! La rue à traverser (peu passante) et vous êtes sur les pistes et les remontées dont le télésiège à gros débit qui vous emmène à + de 2100 m en 10 mn. Mais ce que nous avons le plus apprécié pour 3 petites filles, c'est la proximité du point de rdv ESF situé seulement à une cinquantaine de mètres .Et que dire de la piscine intérieure bien chauffée... Ajoutons à cela la qualité de l'accueil et gentillesse des propriétaires .... Le rêve, on vous dit ;) !

Un chalet tres bien situé et tres bien équipé

Le chalet Sereina est au pieds des pistes et au coeur de la station et de ses nombreux commerces. Il est tres agréable avec sa grande piece a vivre , sa piscine assez grande , son jacuzzi et son sauna . Les echanges avec le propriétaire ont ete tres faciles et cordiaux. Nous etions une famille de 10 adultes 2 enfants et 1 bebe et avons trouvé le chalet bien dimensionné pour notre groupe .

Excellent Week in les Deux Alps

What a wonderful week to spend with family in a beautiful chalet. Our stay in Les Deux Alps was absolutely perfect due in a large part to the amazing chalet that we stayed at. We were with a group of both skiers and non-skiers and everyone said that they highlight of the trip was the house. The house comes with a lot of cooking equipment which came in handy while doing raclette as well as having large family diners each night. Each room is equipped with its own shower which was such a nice surprise. And the jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool got a lot of use. Overall it was truly an unforgettable experience in large part to the great Chalet that we stayed out.

Classic chalet

We've seen this chalet lots over the years and have always wanted to stay here. Even though it's slightly dated the facilities it offers are great. The large terrace based hot tub the swimming pool and pool table were all great and used every day. The chalet is ideal for large groups of friends and families, but the biggest plus is its location, literally a minute's walk over the road to the nearest drag pull (snow conditions permitting) or a 5 minute walk to the nearest chair lift which takes you up to the top of the "white eggs" from where you get access to the expanse of ski runs that Les2Alpes offers. Thanks Yves for all your help and fast replies to any queries we had. Will definitely recommend to all my friends

Très bien

Chalet agréable au pied des pistes, très bien situé. Les plus du chalet: la localisation (ski au pieds et commerces à proximité) , l’équipement général, la terrasse très sympa avec son grand jaccuzi (franchement le top!), la literie, la propreté ,la disponibilité des gérants et leur réactivité. Ce qui est étonnant quand on arrive c’est que le chalet n’est pas « fini » dans la partie garage et il y a de l’eau au sous sol, on a l’impression d’arriver dans un chalet encore en travaux. (Nous avons trouvé ça un peu dommage pour cette gamme de chalet) Mais arrivés côté « vie » le chalet est super et tout confort. La piscine a quelques soucis également donc pas sûr qu’elle soit chaque fois utilisable cette année, des travaux sont prévus. Dans l’ensemble, nous étions 14 adultes et nous avons tous été ravis de cette location. Nous recommandons sans aucun doute!

Nous vous remercions pour votre avis et sommes heureux que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour dans notre chalet le « SEREINA » .Le sous sol du parking à été créé afin de permettre à nos clients de pouvoir garer l’ensemble de leurs voitures à l’abri et en toute sécurité, et nous sommes un des rares chalets sur les 2 alpes à pouvoir proposer ce service. Une petite fuite à en effet été détectée au sous sol et des réparations sont en cours, nous envisageons aussi d’amener quelques améliorations à notre parking dans les mois à venir. Concernant la piscine qui est chauffée à 28°toute l’année, des entretiens et changements de pièces sont régulièrement faits. Un électrolyseur à été changé juste avant votre arrivée mais notre pisciniste à fait une erreur sur le réglage ce qui à valu ces désagréments .Tout est bien sûr revenu en ordre et la piscine est en parfait état de marche. Nous nous excusons pour la gène occasionnée et espérons pouvoir vous accueillir à nouveau très rapidement.

L’accueil a été optimum et pendant tout le séjour réponse rapide et disponibilité parfaite La piscine et le jaccuzi et le sauna sont top Le chalet est très fonctionnel et garage 3 voitures couvert plus 3 voitures devant On ne peut pas être plus près des pistes et du rassemblement de l’ESF champamé pour les enfants Le local pour se changer poser les ski et les chaussures est vraiment très vastes et très pratiques (nous étions 16 ) Pizzeria +++ pas cher et très bonne Boulangerie et supermarché traiteur au top tabac presse le tout a 3 min à pied Bref 8 adultes et 8 enfants de 5 a 11 ans pour un très beau séjour

Chalet légèrement vieillissant cuisine avec un seul petit évier ( petit pour un chalet de 16 personnes ) Sinon le chalet est très bien placé et le monsieur qui gère le chalet( Melvin ) très disponible si besoin Idéal pour un peu moins de 16 personnes

Super chalet, tout était là !!

Superbe semaine! Chaque chambre à sa salle de bain. La piscine, le jacuzzi et le sauna sont un vrai plus. Nous relouerons ce chalet avec grand plaisir ! Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Si je dois trouver un défaut un peu de marche pour être dans le centre de la station mais au final c'est pas plus mal pour être au calme.
