Beautiful beach getaway right on A1A beach front. We are across the street from the ocean. You can hear the ocean from this condo it is really peaceful. The condo has deeded private beach access. This part of Melbourne beach is still a neighborhood with a tiny 2 lane street separating your from the beach. Totally remolded inside and out. Plenty of parking, Small dog up to 25 pounds allowed.

Why they chose this property

Charming dream beach house I always wanted and finally was able to get. I love this location in Melbourne Beach as it is quite but close to happening spots. It has no chain companies outside of Publix grocery and 7eleven food store. It is a natural and authentic beach town. total chill vibe tropical 100% the ocean is beautiful.

What makes this property unique

On the ocean with a great recently renovated pool area. comfortable chairs and lounges. Also private access to a private beach which is really sweet never crowded. We are close to Nassau and the beach is a perfect place to watch and see the rocket launches. Downtown Melbourne is right over the bridge. It is a quaint area with trendy shops, restaurants and clubs. Your on a tropical Island on the edge of the earth and at the same time 10 minutes from the rest of the world over the bridge drive away. Truthfully when you cross over the bridge to come to the beach you feel like you are in another world... I love it.
