The apartment consists of a large studio apartment, bathroom and a small kitchen.
There is a large TV with Italian programs.
In the studio are a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
The studio as well as being air-conditioned has a modern fireplace, so it is very comfortable both in summer and winter.
Irene is a charming residence, located among the green hills of the Iblei, the plateau of the city of Modica, on the provincial road for Giarratana at around 4 Km from the historic center.
Nestled among a multitude of trees and fantastic symmetries of dry wall is ideal for those who love peace, nature and its sounds.
From here it is possible, in a short time, visit baroque cities of Modica, Noto, Scicli, and Ragusa, as well as to make excursions to the nearby archaeological Cava d'Ispica and nearby Malta.
Even for lovers of the sea the place is strategic: we are only 20 minutes drive from the wonderful and unique beaches iblee. Free access to guests in the shared swimming pool inside the villa.
