Great house, lots of space.

Everything was wonderful, well stocked kitchen, beds were good. The water pressure was quite low and sometimes a problem, but probably a temporary issue. I would stay here again!

A good choice for Woodstock

The house was very comfortable and well-equipped for 4 adults (old college friends). It’s just off the main road through Woodstock, so super-convenient to everything in town. We were very happy with it.

Great Mini-Vacation

Myself and family had a wonderful time. The house was spotless, AC just right, plenty of room and a 12 minute walk to Town. Discovered Outlook Mountain, as well as a flat running trail. Great restaurants and shops. Wewill return next year.The Host was spot on!

Perfect meet up for NJ/VT friends!

The house was perfect for our 6 adults! We were able to use the outdoor space as well - the giant umbrella over the table shielded us nicely from the rain. The house had everything you could need, the beds were comfy and the host was very easy to communicate with. The location of the house is perfectly located (easy walk) between Levon Helms barn and town. We will definitely be renting this property again.

Great house, great location

This house was prefect for family that came to town for a local wedding. The location was extremely close to town. The house was spacious enough for 2 families. The den with the large tv was perfect for watching football. The house was well appointed. Everything you could possible need. Very clean as well. The beds were extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house with a convenient location

My family has been vacationing in Woodstock for almost 20 years but needed a larger place this trip as we had a large group. The house was spacious and comfortable, and was extremely well appointed. Everything has been thoughtfully provided, from pots and pans of all sizes, to bug spray and shampoo. Susanna was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We had a great weekend despite being rained out. Highly recommended.

Great property for a group

Perfectly clean and spacious. It looks nicer in person than the pictures. Very comfortable - multiple living spaces, so a large group can stay together or separate for different activities. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. There are quality window unit ACs in all bedrooms, plus one on the first floor. The master bedroom has an in suite FB, there is a second FB off the second floor hallway and the third FB is in the basement/TV room. We had some minor issues with water pressure, workable by staggering shower times. A wonderful property overall - while not new it is very comfortable and clean.

Great location

Great location to town in very nice wooded area. House is a good size for family and friends. Kitchen is well stocked with nice pans to cook with and most anything you would need. We loved grilling on the patio when we weren’t in town at a restaurant. The Property manager was quick to help with any issues we had. The only negative was the description of the house as “fabulous & newly remodeled” is a bit deceiving. The house did not appear to be newly remodeled or fabulous but an older home with a kitchen and living room facelift. There is a bit of deferred maintenance and it needs a bit of tlc. The upstairs baths are original and need maintenance. (Faucet handle fell off, toilet flapper broke & wouldn’t flush, shower grout missing or black and mildewed.) The house does not have A/C except bedroom window units so we would have liked to open windows downstairs. Most are painted shut or stuck closed. Those we were able to open had window sills full of dirt, bugs, cobwebs etc. It just appears that the basic home upkeep maintenance has not been done in quite some time. That said it is a large place with interesting MCM furnishings and walking distance to town. For a large family or several couples the price is certainly reasonable.

Lovely house in a great location

We rented this house for a birthday weekend of cycling in the Woodstock area, and it did not disappoint! The house was immaculate, spacious and airy and well stocked. It is on a beautiful quiet road but also minutes away from town. Susanna was a great host and even accommodated our request for a slightly later check out. We will definitely come back again if we’re in the area!
