Hamptons on the Hudson in South Saugerties

Welcome to Hamptons on the Hudson. Throughout the year there are hiking and biking trails mins away, Woodstock's finest restaurants 20mins away, we are near Catskills, Hunter and Windham ski mountains all under an hour away.
Our home has four bedrooms, 3.5 bath, Livingroom, dinning room, kitchen, and a bar area leading in to the outdoor fireplace, heated pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend) and hot tub (all year).
You will be a 10mins ride way from the historic village of Saugerties, Adams Farmers Market will be your go to for groceries, and for dinning you will be close to Kingston, Rhinebeck, and Woodstock.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to strip the beds, please leave unmade.
Trash should be pulled together and left in the garbage bins outside of the house. The bins should be placed at the end of the driveway on the left of the house five feet apart from each other.
Please ensure all thermostats are brought down to 55 heat in the winter and AC turned off. And ensure to press the lock button on the key pad to lock the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes in the house. No events. No loud noise past 8pm. Music in pool area must be kept low so the neighbors do not call the authorities.
Guest is responsible for filling grill gas tank and light cleaning of food particles and covering the grill after use.
All pool and fire place cushions must be kept in the outdoor cabinet when not in use, when it rains, snows and leaving the property for checkout.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The home was clean, and both the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. The fireplaces—both inside and outside—were fantastic, and the hot tub was a treat. The space was perfect for three families to gather, relax, and enjoy time together, while still offering plenty of comfortable areas for quiet, alone time. One of our favorite features was the beautiful hike right outside the door along the Hudson, complete with waterfalls. An ideal place for connection, relaxation, and nature—we would absolutely stay again.

The home matches the listing details, including the bed configuration, and we would have gladly clarified any questions while you were at the property. Regarding the outdoor amenities, the area experienced over 20 inches of snow, and our crews were working across a high volume of homes that required snow clearing, which delayed access to some areas of the property until they were able to reach them. We also do not fully understand the comment regarding house shoes, as this is not an amenity we advertise or provide at the home. If there had been a specific request, we would have been happy to discuss it had we been contacted. The home is stocked with towels based on standard occupancy guidelines, and additional towels or supplies such as dishwasher pods can always be delivered promptly when requested. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication during your stay regarding these concerns. With clear communication during a stay, we are typically able to resolve most items very quickly and ensure guests are comfortable. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to providing a positive guest experience.

The house is exactly as listed, and was perfect for our trip. Check in was easy and quick, and we were very impressed.The hot tub had a few issues, which we asked about and the next morning were told that it had been damaged by previous renters. Overall, a great stay in a clean house.

Amazing Stay with thoughtful host!

Chose this beautiful home for my best friend’s Bachelorette party, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Anyone who has ever had to plan a party knows how complicated the process can be, but this was the easiest experience. Sami was really great at communicating and answering my 100 questions, and was really understanding of our requests. We would absolutely stay here again and have already started planning a return trip!
