Beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with elevator, pool and huge deck.

Come relax and enjoy this beautiful and tastefully decorated 3rd floor (top floor) Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo centrally located at Sea Colony which is one of the nicest, most quiet spots on the beach. It is close to wonderful restaurants, Britts donuts, The Tiki Bar, and all attractions such as the Kure Beach pier, the Carolina Beach boardwalk, Ft. Fisher, the N.C. Aquarium, the ferry to Southport and to beautiful, historic Wilmington. Watch the sun come up from the master bedroom and take in the sights, sounds and smells of the surf as you suntan, dine or simply unwind on the very spacious deck overlooking our beautiful coastline. The en-suite master bedroom overlooking the ocean has a comfortable king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed with access to the second bath. That bathroom may also be accessed off the hallway. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area so the condo can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Please note guests are responsible for bringing or acquiring their own sheets and towels. The newly redone cottage style kitchen has granite counter tops and a gorgeous view of the ocean. There are TVs with cable in the living area and in the master. Wifi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, A/C and ceiling fans all help to make your stay more comfortable. There is parking for two cars using the guest parking passes in front of our elevator building. There is also a lovely pool and grills are available on the large grass lawn. Please note that my condo is not listed on Craigslist. With all that being said, Welcome, I hope you find this charming place as comfortable as I do. Come smell the fresh sea air, feel the breeze and let the sound of the surf relax and renew you. Enjoy!!

Great place to stay

The condo has great views of the ocean and easy beach access. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible even offering snacks and beverages upon check in. Will keep going back as my family does every year

Beautiful and Relaxing!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! The location was perfect, we were able to walk and ride bikes all over pleasure island! The host was so welcoming and kind. It was super clean and the beds very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This condo had everything you could want. Really enjoyed the views from the large balcony overlooking the beach. Check in was easy and communication from Mr. Byrnes was great. Couldn't have asked for more.

Immaculate & amazing views

This condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the large deck overlooking the oceanview is wonderful! The updated kitchen had everything we could have needed, plus more. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Tom was the most delightful host to work with and we will definitely be booking a return trip to this lovely Carolina Beach home. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo and location

We have stayed at various units at Sea Colony. We love this location and all of the amenities. For our vacation this year, we decided to stay in a two bedroom condo in A-unit. This condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom views were stunning. We enjoyed sitting and eating on the deck each evening.We were suprised with snacks, fresh fruit, and sparkling Rose when we arrived. The owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation to Carolina Beach.

Perfect place

We just finished our stay at 25-A. It was absolutely amazing. Tom left us some snacks upon arrival. He was very easy to communicate with during the stay. The beds were comfy, the pull out couch worked for my teenager. The balcony was huge and the view was breathtaking. Kitchen had everything we needed. We visited Granny's country kitchen across the street twice and had delicious food. It's a must try. The weather was hot, the ocean was incredible. There's plenty of cool places to eat and shop. Thursday night fireworks on the beach! We will definitely come back!

Home away from home

I could not have asked for more from our home away from home! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. Tom was a fabulous host and had the most wonderful welcoming basket waiting for us. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. So many places to eat just across the street! Waking up every morning with the beautiful sunrise through the curtains was more than we could have asked for. I wish we didn’t have to leave, but we will make sure to stay with Tom as often as possible. I honestly could not have asked for better.

Such a beautiful condo in perfect location!

The condo is as pictured, only better. The view can't be beat, and the beach here is terrific! The beds are comfy, but you may not even make it there because the sofa and recliners are so cozy that we kept falling asleep in them. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, including salt & pepper and some other spices, cleaning supplies, paper towels. The washer & dryer are great. The walk to the beach could be a problem for those with limited mobility issues, though there is an elevator that was always running. Hurricane Debby blew us home early but simply because it was sunny at home and we were concerned about going home through flooding inland. Otherwise, the condo was so pleasant we considered staying it out. The days we were there were so relaxing that we left completely renewed. Tom is great, and the snacks! Oh, my. Decadent and delightful. Don't even look at another condo. If this one's available, just book it already.

Amazing Condo!

My family and I just returned from our Vacation at Carolina Beach. We stayed in Toms Condo and it was GREAT!! The bed was so comfortable! The condo has We were also able to check in early which was incredible. This condo has the best view of the ocean and beach when you walk in. The Deck is huge. I texted Tom to ask a quick question and he immediately texted me back. Great communication. It was quiet and relaxing. We have two children 8 and 9 years old and there was plenty of room. The neighbors were also kind and helpful. You should definitely stay here! They do not have Netflix so we bought a roku stick from Walmart that plugs into the tv and just brought it home with us. Our kids like to watch tv in the evenings before going to bed. It was no big deal. We had the most amazing vacation and will definitely be back. 5 stars!!!

Great week at the beach

Very accurate rental listing, oceanfront, with very comfortable accommodations. The condo was well appointed and well stocked, and the arrival treats were an added bonus. The building was pretty quiet - we didn't hear a peep from the neighbors. There was smoking and loud music from people on lower floors occasionally, but that is out of the control of the owner and was not overly bothersome. Location was great in terms of being oceanfront and away from "downtown" Carolina Beach. We had a great time, would definitely recommend this rental, and hope to come back!

First visit to Carolina Beach

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 teen daughters. We have been taking beach vacations to OIB and the OB together for over 20 years. We found the location of this condo to be in a great spot- right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. My husband and I loved walking over to The Ocean Grille Tiki Bar and having a few drinks and appetizers on the pier on a couple of afternoons! The condo itself is very clean and the decor is very tasteful and appealing. The condo complex is an older structure, but the unit has been well updated. The pool is decent. Not super big and well used by small children- but our big kids favor being in the ocean anyway so it wasn't a problem. We had a small issue with the door lock on one of days and the owner Tom was responsive, quick and kind- and the kids were smitten with his adorable dog Brody, who came with Tom to help. Our girls also made friends with the next door neighbor, who is a full time resident, and got some restaurant advice from her. In our opinion, the view from our unit was likely one of the best in the whole condo complex. Being on the top floor was great- the steps are a hike but there is an elevator. Oh, and there were some thoughtful snacks for us on the kitchen counter on our arrival day which was a nice touch. We will definitely be back to Carolina Beach and would stay here again!

Beautiful Ocean View, Great Unit!

WONDERFUL vacation! This is the second time we've stayed in this complex. Love the ocean view and large deck on the two-bedroom units! As pretty as the pictures. This unit is nicely decorated and updated with great proximity to the beach and a convenient location on the island. Appreciate the elevator also. The owner kindly left fruit and snacks for us when we checked in. Check-in was a breeze. We hope to return next year. The owner was very responsive to two minor questions we had also. Thank you, Tom!

Very nice condo in a great location

My wife and I recently spent a week at this condo. The check-in process was very smooth and handled before we even arrived. The owner Tom let us know the key code that morning so we were able to get right in when we arrived. Also Tom left us a very nice welcome package of snacks and fruit! Since we're only two people and (cough) trying to watch what we eat, we were not able to finish everything, but left some of the unopened snacks for the next guest. The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was very clean and well appointed (except for towels and sheets which we had to bring along). The large deck off the master bedroom is awesome and perfect for watching the sunrise in the mornings. We had no issues whatsoever with the condo during our stay. The building complex is a mix of renters and owners who live there full time, so it's really quiet especially this time of year. We met a wonderful woman and her dog who lives next door and she gave us some tips on good places to eat. The pool area looked very nice, though we didn't really spend any time there. There is a nice fenced-in grassy area between the buildings and the dunes with a couple grills: perfect place for young kids to play if you bring them along. Carolina Beach is a low-key area without a lot of touristy stuff for kids to do. There is a great restaurant and bar scene but mostly adult oriented, which was fine for us. Being foodies, we found a couple very good local restaurants, especially Soul Flavor where we went twice for dinner. If you have young kids, you may find some trouble finding stuff to do that's not beach related, but there is a great aquarium just down the road and a day-trip on the ferry to Southport is highly recommended. We did not see a single putt-putt course or go-cart track the entire week up and down the coast, so if you want touristy kids stuff, Myrtle Beach is probably your best choice. If you don't have kids and prefer watching a game at a sports bar, seeing a band, or enjoying some good food, then CB is for you.

The view and deck were our favorite part of this trip. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we shared the house with roaches . The owner did call a pest company to come spray, but we didn’t see a change.
