ABOUT THE SPACE:
Through the wooden gate you enter into a beautiful private garden with a rock walled patio, cozy entertaining area and gas grill. The perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or evening wine at sunset.
This beautiful home has many high-end features: ceramic floors, diamond finish plaster walls, solid wood doors, wood vigas, tongue & groove ceilings, kiva fireplace and radiant heat. The walls are adorned with local art providing a distinctly Santa Fe feel.
Each room has individual mini-splits for A/C which makes it easy to set for your personal comfort level.
The living space is newly appointed with comfortable furnishings. It has a working kiva fireplace, flat screen TV with cable and a brand new sofa.
The open space flows into a dining area with seating for 4 and double glass doors that open to the private patio.
The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is finished with granite countertops and numerous custom cabinets. The kitchen is divided from the dining area by a breakfast bar and 2 swivel leather stools.
Downstairs you will also find the guest bedroom equipped with a king bed and large closet. There is an adjacent bathroom with an over-sized beautifully tiled walk-in shower and lovely granite counters.
Up the cherry wood stairs is a light filled office and reading area that sits adjacent to the main suite. The suite has a luxurious king bed, gas fireplace, TV and patio doors that lead to a deck with seating. The spacious and bright on-suite bathroom has 2 separate sink areas, a jetted soaking tub and a beautifully tiled shower.

The neighborhood
The Santa Fe Plaza is a National Historic Landmark in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico in the style of traditional Spanish-American colonial cities. The plaza, or "city-square", was originally, and is still to this day, the center gathering place in town. Many know it as "the heart of Santa Fe" with benches, ethnic markets, a bandstand with summer music series. Downtown has a variety of James Beard award restaurants as well as family cuisine, winery tasting rooms and brewery taprooms. You will find all kinds of shopping around the plaza from southwestern to boutiques. Dos Suenos is also in close proximity to the local favorite "Railyard" district with contemporary art galleries, local boutiques, a movie theater, breweries, restaurants, yoga studios, and coffee shops. There is one parking spot available next to the wooden gate. You will see a sign that says this spot is for 609 Griffin St. There is plenty of on-street parking in front of wall for other cars or oversized vehicles.
