This comfortable cottage sets the tone for a Wine Country vacation to remember. Relax in comfort and style with two large bedrooms featuring premium beds furnished with high thread count linens. There are two full bathrooms equipped with fluffy white towels. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, including a gas range, full size refrigerator and vaulted ceilings. Dine al fresco in a lovely court-yard off the kitchen. Amenities include queen size sofa bed, central air/heat, TV, Smart Blu-ray DVD player with movies, washer/dryer and WiFi. My daughter and I toured several vineyards during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our trip. The Petite house was so perfect for us. We walked down Franklin Street passed the beautiful homes to enjoy breakfast at Winston’s each morning. The house had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. This house location is an easy and beautiful walk to downtown Napa. We walked one evening to dinner and a concert. And an added bonus to this house is it is the cleanest house I have rented. We are already planning on another stay here!

We had a great stay here! Close proximity to downtown (about 15ish minutes) and had parking. Laura was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. Kitchen is small but we were not doing any cooking at home anyways!

This cottage is walking distance to downtown (a mile walk). It is in a nice neighborhood and the walk downtown passes beautiful Victorian homes. The cottage has a good floor plan, is nicely decorated and very clean. A great place to stay when in Napa!

We stayed at this cottage for a friend's birthday and it's such a cute house. It was a good size for the 4 of us. The house was clean and location was close to lots of coffee shops, also very short drive to Oxbow market and downtown (we could have walked if we had time). Would definitely stay again!
