Located between Périgueux and Bergerac, in the countryside in a pleasant and calm environment, this old house with its completely private and secure swimming pool will delight you.
On the ground floor, it has a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 2 children's bedrooms with 1 bathroom and toilets on one side; and a master bedroom of the other with its bathroom, its toilets and a small living room overlooking the back.
Upstairs there is an additional attic bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed.
Ideal home for children, many games and toys are available. A very large private park and a beautiful secure swimming pool.
