Outstanding golf overview
8th floor resort apartment in the tallest Gulf-front building for 20 miles in any direction. This means amazing views in every direction. This particular unit, as a penthouse, has the added benefit of a private 1,000 sq. ft. terrace. Private security entrance, elevators to lighten the load, balcony (apart from terrace), large heated pool, new tennis courts, indoor game room with billiards, ping-pong, air-hockey etc., nature-walk with fishing bridge, and private beach. Lots to do. Kitchen fully stocked with equipment, new queen bed & new futon, kayaks upon request. Large flat screen TV with all the Spectrum channels, Netflix, and Hulu. Most of the amenities of a resort hotel, with the notable exception of an on-site bar, but there are a lot of beach bars within a couple miles drive (Sam's, Ollie's, Skinny's, Get Hooked, etc.). Excellent British restaurant (Brit's) four miles away.

Why they chose this property
I moved here in 2008 and live nearby Gulf Island. For ten years, I would see the place from Hudson Beach, and finally decided to go for it. It is a really nice atmosphere.
What makes this property unique
You can Uber from the airport or rent a car, but there is so much to do on-site you may not need it. Stores and restaurants are around, of course.
