About this property
Hill Country River Run - Guadalupe River Access - Sleeps 14 - CaP's Crossing
Step onto the expansive deck and realize you've found the perfect Texas Hill Country getaway. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a bachelorette weekend, or just a long-overdue group escape, Hill Country River Run delivers the full Texas experience — river, music, food, and wide-open spaces.
The Property This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home was built for groups. Twelve beds across four bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests comfortably, with enough room for everyone to spread out and still come together in the open living areas and oversized deck. Two living room TVs mean nobody fights over the game. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from a big breakfast to a late-night snack run. Washer and dryer on-site means you can pack light. Crisp linens and fluffy towels are provided — just bring your food, your people, and a mindset for fun.
The Deck The deck is the heart of this property. Seats 14 comfortably with upgraded patio furniture. It's where morning coffee turns into a two-hour conversation, where afternoon card games stretch into evening, and where you'll find yourself still sitting long after the sun goes down over the Hill Country. If you only spend time in one spot this trip, it'll be here.
The River The Guadalupe River is a 1-minute walk from your front door — one of the most beloved rivers in Texas and the centerpiece of any Hill Country trip. Wade in from the bank, float the afternoon away, or just sit on the shore and let the current do all the work.
CaP's Crossing tubing outfitter is located right next door. Tubes, rafts, and kayaks are available steps from the house — no shuttle, no long drive, no hassle. Just walk over and get on the water. River tubing on the Guadalupe is a Texas rite of passage, and you'll have the easiest possible access to it.
The Location Situated on River Road between the 2nd and 3rd crossings — one of the most sought-after stretches of the Guadalupe River. You're perfectly positioned between everything the Hill
Country has to offer:
Gruene Historic District — 17 min drive. Home to Gruene Hall, Texas's oldest continually operating dance hall, plus shops, restaurants, and that unmistakable small-town Texas charm. Whitewater Amphitheater — minutes away. One of Texas's premier outdoor music venues, hosting major acts throughout the spring and summer season.
Schlitterbahn New Braunfels — 20 min drive. One of the top-rated waterparks in the country, perfect for families with kids.

Canyon Lake — a short drive away. Boating, fishing, and some of the clearest water in Central Texas.
Sattler — just down the road. Grab groceries, grab a bite, or grab one more round before heading back to the deck.
San Antonio — 50 min drive. The River Walk, the Alamo, world-class dining, and the San Antonio International Airport for fly-in guests.
