Cocoonr is offering this flat for rent in Saint-Malo, which will immerse you in the atmosphere of Saint-Malo. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

It comprises a lovely living area, a lounge, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. Hotel-quality 4* bed linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!

The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Neighbourhood and activities:
- Bon Secours Beach, Porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach; at low tide, you can walk to the Île du Grand Bé, where Chateaubriand’s tomb is situated.
- The City Museum, housed in one of the city’s keep towers, with panoramic views of Saint-Malo, the Cathedral and the ramparts. Guided tours are available by contacting the tourist office at Porte St-Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts on the outside, or by taking the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.
- Rue de l’Orme, also known as the ‘gourmet street’, where you’ll discover some excellent local produce: Butter and cheese from Bordier, Saint-Malo babas, seasonal fruit and vegetables at ‘Les 4 Saisons’, fresh fish at Guinemer fishmongers, as well as numerous restaurants, such as the Breizh Café, Le Cambusier, or L’Absinthe at the bottom of the street. There are two mini-markets on Rue St-Vincent and Rue de Dinan.
- On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy excellent seafood at the Café de l’Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d’Or, enjoy Sunday brunch at the Maison Générale – a treat for both the taste buds and the eyes (please note: booking recommended) – and discover the charming restaurant Le Cargo Culte, with its friendly atmosphere, featuring home-cooked dishes, tarts, salads, open sandwiches and soups, all served in a décor featuring second-hand finds. Le Passenger serves up original and playful dishes cooked on lava stone.
- In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St-Patrick or a cosy setting at l’Univers; beer lovers will be won over by l’Aviso with its 500 beers! For lovers of cocktails and rum in a nautical setting, you can raise a glass at La Trinquette on the harbour, overlooking the Bassin Vauban.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, please note that public parking is chargeable on all streets within the Intra-Muros area, as well as in the car parks surrounding Intra-Muros.

- St Malo Intra-Muros is served by bus routes 2, 3 and 9.
- Saint-Malo railway station: 2 km (30 m on foot) or bus line 2.
- Dinard Airport: 25 minutes by car – London in 50 minutes
- Rennes Airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques
- Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey depart from the ferry terminal, a 10-minute walk away.
- From Place St-Vincent, you’ll find bus and coach services to all areas of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train offering a guided historical tour of the town.
- Cale de Dinan, 250 metres away: shuttle service for the St Malo–Dinard crossing: 10-minute crossing.

To gain access to your accommodation, you have two options:

- either self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 9 Avenue Jean Jaurès, 450 metres from the station, a 30-minute walk from the accommodation or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’, lines 1 and 8.

- or a face-to-face welcome: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you round the flat, share some local tips with you and hand over the keys.
