About this property
Stylish family friendly house, centrally located in Reykjavik.
Our house in centrally located in the popular part of Reykjavik, it's only 5km drive to Reykjavik city centre.
It's also within walking distance from a swimming pool (Laugardalslaug), coffee shops (Kaffi Flóra and Frú Lauga ), and the famous bakery, Passion. It’s also close to a beautiful walking path Laugardalur and Eliiðárdalur. We have private parking on our property, it's easy to drive outside of Reykjavik from the house, golden circle, south coast etc.
It's 45 min away from the Keflavik airport without traffic.
You enter the house via private entrance on the first floor where we have fully loaded kitchen with everything you need, living room, bathroom and TV room. On the second floor we have three bedrooms, the master bedroom has King Size 180x200 cm bed, the other two bedrooms have 160x200cm beds and we can add additional single beds if needed. On the second floor is bathroom with bathtub / shower. All the interior is top of the line and the lightning is superb.
Outside we have big garden and wooden patio where we have Hot Pot to relax in and also Cold Pot, BBQ grill and big Trampoline for the kids. We have Sonos sound system in the house and Playstation 4. It's a very nice house in a nice and quiet neighbourhood.
We can provide baby crib and high chair for your children.
We provide linen, towels and soap etc.
We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
