Our stay at Carlos’ property was fantastic! From start to finish, Carlos and his team were incredibly responsive and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The property itself exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the quick communication whenever we had a question.

👍 - fijne rustige locatie - mooie tuin + zwembad - voor de deur parkeren op eigen parkeerplaats - we hadden een vroege aankomst en een late vertrek. We mochten kosteloos eerder komen en laat vertrekken dit was geen probleem - zwembad werd om de 3 dagen schoon gemaakt - mooi uitzicht 👎 - de afzuigkap in de keuken maakte veel herrie / werkte niet - hele kleine pannen, hierdoor was het lastig voor 6 man eten te maken - als 6 man willen douche, is bij de 5e man het water niet meer op tempratuur

Der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, allerdings ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. U.a. ist eine Badezimmertür verzogen und die lies sich dadurch nur schlecht öffnen, da sie sich verklemmt hat. Bei der Poolheizung kam es zweimal dazu, das die Heizung trotz der Buchung für 700 , abgestellt wurde. Ansonsten ist der Ausblick traumhaft, der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Lage im Süden von Gran Canaria ist ideal - man ist sehr schnell in Maspalomas, in Las Palmas, Mogan und hat auch nicht weit zum Flughafen. Ein Mietwagen ist unerlässlich.

👍 Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Wir hatten die Poolheizung in Anspruch genommen... ja, es kostet extra, aber es war sein Geld mehr als wert. Jeden Morgen hing eine Tüte mit frischen Brötchen an der Tür. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen sicher irgendwann wieder. Danke!!!

Nuestra experiencia de vacaciones en 2024, en las villas Salobre gestionadas por Villa Gran Canaria, en familia fue fabulosa. Todo lo acordado según lo previsto. Raúl el chico que nos atendió genial y muy profesional. La villa genial, moderna, muy linda y limpia. Desde la organización nos dejaban pan cada día y el contacto con los gestores muy fluido y cercano en todo momento. El enclave fantástico, muy cuidado, respetando los silencios y vistas excepcionales para veranear y pasear. Volvería con la familia sin dudarlo. Lo recomiendo, un 10.

👍 Diese Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Super ausgestattet und tolle Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick auf den Golfplatz. Wir kamen relativ spät an und waren positiv überrascht, ein Paket mit Frühstückszutaten vorzutreffen, sodass wir erstmal nicht einkaufen mussten. Nur zum Supermarkt musste man mit dem Auto fahren. Es gab einen kleinen Spar-Markt etwa 3 km entfernt. Für Großeinkauf musste man etwas weiter fahren. Diese Location ist mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Jeden Morgen hingen frische Brötchen an der Tür. Toller Service! Wir kommen gerne wieder! 👎 Diese Unterkunft ist leider relativ teuer. Was auch etwas störend war, war die Baustelle gegenüber.

Perfect for a family, well serviced and equipped, but not 'luxury'

Great week in a villa that was perfect for a family holiday with two young kids. The villa is very clean and comfortable and well equipped for a family stay. Little touches like complimentary bread being delivered each day make a difference and see appreciated as we're the creature comforts like a nespresso machine, wifi and a couple of uk Tv channels to keep the kids happy. One frustration was a complete lack of any cereal bowls though... we had to improvise using the impressive band unexpected selection of different mixing bowls which was interesting! As we stayed in January we had the pool heated which was great for the first few days but the last 2 days it didn't seem to work as well. We enjoyed the pool nonetheless The villa information didn't make enough reference to the fact that you are right on the golf course with views over 2/3 holes as well as out to the sea. cleaely if you're a golfer then take your sticks with you but the villa is perfectly suited even if you're not All in all, we would definitely recommend the villa for a good family holiday
