About this property
Studio upstairs in villa 4 apartments, with large pool, beach walk
This studio is ideal for a couple in any season, reversible air conditioning in summer and fireplace for the low season!
You have access to the large swimming pool 14m x 7m, overflow, with waterfall and electrolysis salt treatment system, much better than the classic chlorination system.
All, good south orientation, on a large wooded plot of 2500 m2 with pine trees, cork oaks and olive trees.
My villa consists of only 4 modular apartments and separate double doors with double walls.
this group enjoys an excellent location, apartment rentals are rare!
